Hi,It's my pleasure to write these few words about Oryx Hotel Jebel Hafeet Al Ain. My last stay was very peasant. I enjoyed it very well and again made booking for the coming weakened. I have choose it for myself as my faveret hotel and will strongly recommend to my other friends

The best location to unwind from the busy city life. Good staff, good food and lot of amenities! Excellent

Had a pleasant stay with family. The ambience is great, and the swimming pool is enjoyable to explore. The hotel also has a dedicated kids’ play area and several fun activities that keep children engaged. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and the staff are polite and attentive, always ready to address any queries promptly. The breakfast spread is good, though the seating area is a bit small compared to the hotel’s occupancy, so it can get crowded at times. Other dining options are also available, offering tasty food. Overall, a good and comfortable stay for families.

My one-day stay at the Oryx Grand Hotel Jebel Hafeet was a great escape. The stunning location on the mountain provided a peaceful atmosphere with breathtaking views of the city below. The hotel's services and amenities were a highlight of the trip. The “deluxe room" was [clean/spacious/comfortable] and the view was incredible. We especially enjoyed the pools , which were perfect for a quick day of fun. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend it for a quick, relaxing break.

Wonderful place with great view. It's 3000 ft above the sea level which makes the place cool even in harsh summer. kids love the pool.

Oryx We had a pleasant stay at Oryx, made especially welcoming by the warm greeting from Mr. Narayan Rai. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to Ms. Sarah, and I appreciated the helpful food guidance provided by Mr. Rakesh. The overall hospitality team was attentive and ensured a comfortable experience. One area for improvement would be enhancing the room amenities and offering a wider variety of vegetarian options in the dining menu. Alberni Our experience at Alberni was equally positive. I received great assistance from Hibret, Laxmi, and Uday — their support and the overall maintenance of the hotel were commendable. A special mention to Mina from Eden Rock, whose service was outstanding and left a lasting impression. Overall, both properties delivered warm hospitality and quality service. With a few enhancements, especially at Oryx, the experience could be elevated even further.

We face delay ror checkin as we waited more than 30 min even after reaching the checkin time 3 PM. Rest all good

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in the Emirates in the past 16 years, and it is a visit that will definitely not be repeated. My major concerns were as follows: The front office employee was extremely difficult to deal with. He lacked basic communication skills, did not smile, was unaccommodating to customer concerns, and had a rude attitude. Fortunately, his colleague later took over the situation after both my family and my friend's family refused to continue interacting. The reception/front desk repeatedly ignored our calls from the room. When we addressed this in person, their unreasonable response was simply: “We’re busy.” The curtains were dirty, and the furniture was extremely outdated. Our room key stopped working multiple times. I had to go to the reception more than four times to resolve the issue because they wouldn’t answer the phone. Housekeeping did not replace all the towels—only one was changed—and they did not refill the coffee or amenities unless specifically requested. The hotel allowed outside visitors to use the pool for day access, despite it being Eid. This led to extreme overcrowding and created an unsafe environment for small children. There were very limited poolside seats and not enough towels available. Our luggage arrived in our room more than an hour after check-in, with the excuse that the staff was busy. I witnessed a delayed response in rescuing a child who had swallowed a lot of water in the pool. This was very concerning. The rooms are not soundproof. You can hear everything from neighboring rooms and hallways. Pros: The children enjoyed the water slides. The view from the hotel was nice.
