Four Points By Sheraton Al Ain

It was really good stay . Starting with check In as we requested for early check in which was approved till the chrck out. Swimming pool was stunning

Food i. E. Breakfast was not good. Too basic. No options room's carpet smelled badly we had to check out early in thr middle of night

Food could have been better, they had less options

It was not a good stay. There are no soundproof glasses in the room. We can hear all the noises from outside eventhough we were at 5th floor. When i complained about this with hotel manager, instead of taking the feedback positively, he was saying that he stayed in 100 different hotels and all are same. We did not expect this with a hotel like sheraton.

We had come for a holiday over, asked them a good room, but very dissaponting they provided us terrible we also complained about ac not working we couldn't sleep the whole night ac is really bad, please don't come as you need ac in summer.

As a family we had a nice time at the hotel. However they keep us waiting for the room for hours while check in.

The property's location is very good because it's on the main road & grocery is just next door. The main area of al ain is few kms away, so you have to either walk to nearby bus stand or get a cab, which i suppose is expensive.

I booked my stay 3 days prior to my check in date. I have received the booking confirmation, invoice and i have been charged for the stay. However, when i arrived at the hotel at 4pm, i was informed that the reservation was not confirmed so i have to wait for a while for them to verify. I have shown the email confirmation and invoice. Booking confirmation and even the payment that has been deducted from my credit card. They let me wait, 2 hours in the lobby and not even updating me while waiting. I have to stand, go back to the reception and ask the update. No one is even approaching me. When i approached evie, she did not even give an assurance that everything will be done, she was just telling that there is no confirmation nor reservation forwarded. I have to ask for options after 1 hours and what needs to be done. When she is seeing that i am getting impatient that is the time that she offered me a booking that i have to pay on cash which is higher than my original booking and she was telling me to offer a drink but no drinks has come. I initiated to call make my trip from my side just to get the status and i was able to resolved the issue in 30mins. How come after waiting for 2hrs they insisted that no one is updating them. This is really horrible. I have to book to another hotel because in cases like this where the guests has shown proofs, immediately they should offer a resolution. I was approached by asim and told me options after 2 hours but i refused as i have booked to another hotel and i cannot stay longer in a hotel that treat me like invisible. This is so sad, i travel-led more than 2 hours to reach to hotel thinking my husband and i will get the rest we needed. I am very much willing to re-book and pay in your hotel but no one is even updating me. They were all friendly with others but not to us! we were left sitting like we entered the hotel just to sit. Horrible experience.

Excellent. 5. The facilities were excellent, clean and nice. All amenities were of a top notch. The food was excellent, lots of varieties and very friendly staff. I really enjoyed my stay it was a memorable experience. I would recommend this facility to my friends

The shower was broken and i have a photo for it, also the water was not too hot in the shower, ac was not cold when i put it in 18 degree

As a family we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and we hope to come back again in the near future. Everything is fine in the hotel.

Breakfast was a awesome, i had no issue with the location and the facilities were amazing.
