Amazing hospitality! amazing staff! i recently had the pleasure of staying at anantara downtown dubai, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment i arrived, the experience was seamless and exceptional. The staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was taken care of with the utmost professionalism. The check-in process was smooth, and the team went out of their way to make me feel at home. The room was spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with all the modern amenities i could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and i appreciated the high-end bathroom fittings, including a rain shower and luxurious toiletries. The attention to detail was evident in every corner of the room, from the quality linens to the thoughtful touches like a nespresso machine and complimentary bottled water. The food at anantara downtown dubai was another highlight. The breakfast spread was absolutely fantastic, with a wide variety of freshly prepared dishes catering to every taste. The staff are friendly and with all smiles. The food is amazing. The front reception manager upgraded our room to sheikh zayed view upon our request. So nice of her. Definitely will be coming back.

Great location near to metro. Staff was helpful and rooms are close to 5 star quality. Breakfast buffet could be improved, some of the dry fruits were stale and indian selection was very poor quality

The electric fittings of the rooms were not working like the usb point, had requested the engineer to rectify the same but it never got repaired
