🌟 Outstanding Service That Goes Beyond Expectations! 🌟 Our recent stay at Taj JLT was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we checked in, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism — special thanks to Apoorva at the front desk, who ensured a smooth and pleasant check-in experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The shower flow could have been slightly better, but that was a minor issue compared to the overall excellence. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional concierge service. After a long day at Dubai Mall, we accidentally left all our shopping bags in an RTA taxi. In a moment of panic, Denis at the concierge calmly took charge. He reviewed CCTV footage, identified the taxi, and coordinated swiftly with RTA officials. In just 4 hours, we had all our bags back — an unbelievable effort that truly reflects Taj’s legendary service standards. Taj JLT combines luxury with genuine hospitality. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay memorable — especially Denis for going above and beyond! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai! 👏🌆

the Taj Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai staff were great and helpful, from concierge to housekeeping to front desk, the room was very good, toiletries were very good quality, bed was very comfortable, water, coffee, tea all very adequate, tv channels could do with some expansion

Comfortable stay and good rooms. Breakfast spread was good. Swimming pool is small but excellent view from the top. Metro station is 800 metres walk but will be difficult in summer time.

Amazing location and very comfortable stay. Breakfast have all inclusive options. Valet parking and room services were on time and very smooth.
