JA Ocean View Hotel, Jumeirah Beach Dubai

Overall experience was not so good. Property location was good, food quality & variety was good. But the amenities are not up to the mark. The property was marked as 5 star, but I had very good experience in 3 star hotel rather than here. Nobody served us a welcome drink or kit when we reached there, in room there was no toiletries like dental kit, saving kit. I have to call reception and ask for the same. Swimming pool area there is some dress restrictions and nowhere it's mentioned. Overall not memorable experience

Had a lovely stay at JA Ocean view. The balcony room had a breathtaking view of the Dubai Eye. Very well located with a great breakfast and impeccable housekeeping. This was my 2nd stay at the hotel and can’t wait to go back again!

Good hotel with state of the art facilities. Room photographs were misleading though as the sea facing room gave only partial view.

A luxurious experience from arrival to departure! The service was impeccable and professional, the room was spacious and well-appointed, and the cleanliness was second to none. Facilities like the pool and spa were amazing, and the food was varied and delicious. This is a truly five-star hotel, and I will definitely return.

We come ed holidays total 23 family and friends group. Overall very good including food, however swimming pool depth is not enough. Beach access available

The hotel the view everything is ausum only the food is typical need some indian foods as well they need to concentrate on indian foods because they do not have any indian food in the menu

Not worth the price. This hotel is least fun and more of a corporate spot. Not worth booking for individuals or silos rooms.

The room was immaculate, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, including a well-equipped gym and a beautiful swimming pool. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast spread was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit every palate.

Me & my boyfriend stayed here for our 8th year anniversary. Booked for standard ocean view room only but the kindest receptionist (galile, not sure of spelling) upgraded us to the top 25th floor for free in celebration of our special day! we also got their summer escape offer which gave us aed 100 voucher applicable to their f&b and we used it in their restaurant motorino where the food was absolute yum! the room is pretty decent with the best view, the service was excellent, the infinity pool also had a beautiful view, they also provide beach bags (with towels & umbrella) should you wish to go to the beach. Overall it was very memorable! thank you so much!

View and location is awesome however hotel could have been better and cleaner

Good location, initial the room was i lower floor but since there was issue with the bathroom than we got shifted to higher floor. Best location
