HE - Hotel Apartment

while the apartment is very spacious, there are few things that I'd like to highlight, there is no buffet breakfast, the front desk team not a single time I've seen them smiling the breakfast server was rude when it came to serving any fruits etc. while this was included in the package. I had booked my stay for 3 nights and extended for a day at the hotel(we weren't informed of the 1 night stay does not include breakfast) and when we went for breakfast on the last day it was really embarrassing to know that they had not given us the breakfast inclusive room per night.

Always nice to stay there. Nice receptionist Noman. Clean room and full facilities. I will be there again and again.

Room is bigger than i expected. Breakfast is good. There some construction nearby so noise is there.

nice and peaceful stay. the hotel is accessible for supermarket, restaurant and atm. safe to go outside the area also

Location is good, fod we didn't try, aminties like jim, sweeming pool is average, service was superb.

The hotel was fantastic every thing was good from rooms and food also the swimming pool hope to book again in the future

I could hear the room next door to me. Couple was talking extremely loud at midnight. Called duty manager which is on speed dial but did not get him. Called reception another time as the voices got louder. Was told manager will be back in 10min. Talking did not stop immediately and manager did not call to follow up. For a hotel thats extremely poor service

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Supun at the front desk was very responsive and quick to assist

I booked a stay at this place for ten nights but couldn’t not travel due to serious medical emergency while requesting the hotel for cancellations or postponement they didn’t bother listen to anyone. I provided all the medical documents still they didn’t listen at all. There’s no human value or respect

Customer service was horrible. Not at all accomodating.

Staffs are accommodating. We had a nice stay. However, they don't provide a shampoo. Had to buy outside.

It's a perfect and affordable place i liked the food and the location is great staff are so friendly

This us ny second time stay in he hotel, just arrival in the room i see fill-ow sheet dirty, towel and hand towel in bathroom is dirty, and body wash almost empty. But it’s ok i call the reception and they change all. Balcony very dirty. But the staff in breakfast very welcoming.
