Hyde Hotel - An Accor Lifestyle Property

The staff and everyone there are so polite and helping and this is not my first stay i always prefer this hotel whenever i went to dubai

The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist us. The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and attractions. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Hyde Hotel is a below average 5 star property. Beds are not as comfortable as one would expect. The breakfast was a major let down. The shower pressure was one of the worst and the health faucet pressure was soo much that it could Injure someone. All in all not a property I would go back to.

The location of the property was excellent. It had essential amenities like restaurants, variety, and a touristic world. Getting around was easy, especially with parking.

We took the hyde out room on the 21st floor with direct uninterrupted view of the burj. Located 10 mins away from the dubai mall, the hotel has great hospitality. Pool, gym, sauna is great. There’s a cafe and 2 restaurants in the hotel which are pretty good. Great gentry and smooth check in and checkout process.

I found this hotel on internet i saw pictures of this hotel and got fascinated towards it vibe and the vibe worth it very nice hotel

It was a comfortable and excellent stay. Room was luxurious. However, breakfast menu had limited indian food options.

Location and services were very good but since we are vegetarian we faced problems with the food menu.

I would not give even a single star to the hotel. Staff is not friendly. Location is also not good. Breakfast buffet is just inedible and staff is not friendly even to serve hot food. No complimentary upgrade is given

Stay was good and overall experience was also good. Housekeeping was not that good. They were not res-tacking all the ameneties daily. Had to request them for something or the other everyday which is not a pleasant experience. Other than that, overall good experience

I like this hotel everything is good, the people who work there are great, very polite and quick to work. I loved the place and will visit again.

The iron columns placed in front of the hotel caused my father's car to sag because the space was too narrow for passengers to get off and to stand

On first day i demand that i need king bed in room. They said that they don't have at the time. They will adjust within a day. But after that they did'nt response about that. Then i saw sometime house fly in the room. Mean that the worst experience

No iron machine and u have to order it long time to deliver the breakfast to the room(50 minuts)

Very good stuff highly trained. Amazing atmosphere everyone is amazing. If you want to enjoy a 5 star hotel from the check in to the check out go to this hotel.
