voco Dubai The Palm, an IHG Hotel was spanking new. location is super if one likes to be in a party area. bit noisy for us. stunning views from ocean view room; good breakfast; we paid for the panoramic ocean view with balcony but they gave us a regular ocean view without balcony which was a dampener. not sure why we were not updated on this unavailability before cancelable window. we had limited option to change after we had arrived. so they tried to appease us by giving free breakfast and late check out. which was appreciated but of course one doesn’t like being left with no choice at last moment. staff is super nice and really hospitable and smiling. already gave u enough feedback. now let’s see if you will give the discount. this is the 3rd discount already been promised by you.

It was a pleasant experience. We have requested a sea view room, but they have given a half sea view room. Then on our request they have modified and gave us a full sea view room. The dinner and breakfast were great 👍🏼

Highly recommend voco Dubai The Palm, an IHG Hotel in pam jumeirah west side. Staff is very nice and location is perfect. Metro is next to voco Dubai The Palm, an IHG Hotel within 200mtrs. Hotel has private beach access and very nice pool on rooftop.
