please guys, don't ever think to stay in this hotel. everything was too bad, * no parking, not even single access to stop car for loading and unloading luggage. * very bad smell starting from entrance, and it goes all the way to the floors. *reception staff was uncooperative and unprofessional. * room was uncomfortable, the bed was so dirty. didn't even change the bedsheets. * bathroom is dirty, didn't have sufficient flow in the tabs. hot and cold not working. * power sockets not working. * terrible stay. never think of going again ever

Lot of cockraches n rooms are not hygiene. 7aed tax pay extra for room

Hotels rooms are not hygiene and bed quality is very poor and they are charged for 7 aed for tax in room booking.

Unclean room, very bad wash room, no hot water, smelly environment, irresponsible people. Overall very bad experience. Pls don't suggest anyone.

Bad sarvice no towel charge plug not working telephone not working room sarvice very-bad living room ac not working

It was noisy from cleaners at corridors, very bad old mattresses and bath towels toilet floor traps were irritating for room 212, poor wifi connection at room 212 congested reception seats by many people who are probably there for free wifi connection

Everything i saw and experience was so exciting and very positively significant for future plans, it was not a regret getting to stay the time in africana, everything is real as described

there was no sandles room landline wasn't working

This is the wrist hotel i booked. There is so landline, cutlery, washroom is also terrible. The enterance of the hote is also a under maintenance.
