Movenpick Hotel & Apartments Bur Dubai

Poorly managed room and seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. Has the worst experience of my life, found baby wipes, insects, dust settled, want to attach pics of insects found in the room. I showed it to the reception desk...

Moven pick is a great choice of hotel with newly renovated rooms. It has larger rooms with ample space. Pure luxury stays and view. Convenient as its behind sheikh zayad road

Hotel service and staff is too good but in breakfast for indian please add some tasty menu ... nearest airport

Perfect location for the hotel, staff were always extremely helpful. Room was very nice and kept clean. Hotel stored luggage before and after check in/check out which was also very helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

We initially booked apartment and checked in. Room/balcony was not clean, bathroom showers were defective. No closed shower so water was spilling all over. View was good though. We shifted to hotel than where room were much better maintained.

I stayed with my family for one night. It was half board booking. We opted for free breakfast and dinner and it was great experience with good food in fountain restaurant in the main lobby. At departure i found my car battery was discharge and i couldn't start my car. The valet parking staff went an extra mile and helped me to jumper start my car. The african (i don't know her name) at the reception was also very helpful and cooperative. Overall i am satisfied and recommend this hotel.

Customer service they are careless and my room alot of small bugs then i changed. Checkout process so bad

The pool is very cold. There is no steam or jacuzzi. I asked for a cover more than 3 times and they did not bring the cover. The room is good. The food is excellent and delicious during dinner and breakfast.

We stay 9 nights hotel was good but they need to work on some areas like ac was not working properly also tap and shower water force was very slow it was irritating

I m a frequent traveler, never experienced such rude behaviors by 5star property towards kids food. I will never recommend this hotel for any traveler with family and kids as they will not serve any kid menu to your room and neither will allow to take foods from breakfast for the kids, no humanity at all.

It is undoubtedly one of the best properties i have ever stayed with. The rooms are so nicely done up. The location is just right. It's in the heart of the city and 10 mins from a metro station. The food is really nice and so are the staff. Noor and kamal went out of the way to make my stay exceptionally comfortable.

Hotel staff was courteous. Reception was good. Check in and check out was quick. However, house keeping didn’t clean room on 9th of july despite telling personally twice.
