twin room was given instead off king size bed. bed light and switch was hanging on our head. water was not hot. no wifi in room.many times no body pick up phone at reception. room was.given right at the dead end. taps in washroom not working. inspite of complaining nothing was done. we want full refund.

Everything was really good. I liked the spacious and clean room, the modern design, and the relaxing vibe. The view from the room was wonderful and made the stay very enjoyable. The location was convenient, and the service was friendly and helpful. Overall, a great experience.”

Review of al habtoor polo resort i recently stayed at al habtoor polo resort, and while the experience was fine, it didn’t quite live up to expectations, especially for the price. The hotel itself feels a bit dated, and it could use some updates to modernize the overall ambiance. The room was okay, offering the essentials, but nothing particularly stood out. The guy in the reception when i arrived at night is very neutral. One area that could definitely be improved is the food. The variety and quality of dining options were lacking, leaving me wishing for more choices and better flavors. People in the breakfast hall are amazing. Overall, it’s an average stay, but given the rates, i don’t think it offers great value for money. There are better options in dubai within this price range.

Everything was good staff from reservation, reception and cleaners are very friendly. Only near ro swimming pool entrance there is wooden stand for adrverisment flip on my baby head alhamdulillah there is jo blood but she cried a lot it was check out time so we left. You should properly fix the stand to prevent any other children get hurt

It was a very disappointing stay the room was in pathetic condition fungus is there in minibar fridge balcony was dirty and balcony sofa and chair was dirty when i called staff came but it seems like he was not interested at all minibar fridge still not changed i have 2 night stay but i checked out within 1 day it was my birthday hotel spoiled my birthday i'll never go back and i wouldn't recommend to anyone staff was too rude there. For breakfast, only bread and egg variety was there

Room was really fantastic. But when we came, they were not sure about our booking. The place was amazing and we were looking forward to our breakfast, but it was disappointing. Little bit of selection and one staff approached us and asked that we only booked for one guest and one meal for breakfast and they did not check before approaching us. We lost our appetite, and they should ask after so at least we can relax and enjoy the food. We quickly went to our room because we were annoyed. Anyway, the room was clean and nice.

It was great n relaxing nice fun and clean with great views of the stable the pool area is also well maintained

All the things are fantastic. Only the pool was bit small in compare to crowd. Other wise we enjoy our stat at fully

I always stay in this hotel its one of my favorite places to relax from everything for a while. If im over-thinking about anything so this is the best place to run away from your thoughts, as the view of nature makes u relaxed.

It was a good stay. All amenities , staffs being friendly , food , areas around everything was good.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very helpful, but parking is annoying. My car was damaged in an accident by another car while other car trying to leave the parking. Who is responsible for this matter. My plan has been cancel-led during this situation

The property was beyond expectations. Very unique experience and a value for money deal. Although, a bit off the hustle from the city, but still worth trying.
