This was the worst hotel i have stayed . It was not a hotel but was boarding school with strict rules. Keep on pointing does and donts and keep on sending written complaints to the guests. If you want to have fun holidays then never stay in this hotel . Too many negative points i noted . Front desk has Zero cooperation. Wife was sick but no food was allowed to take in room so ihave to order from outside. They have glass light hanging from room just above your bed . Too poor design . If it falls it will cut your throat. Wife was sick and i have to ask for extension for just 2 hours and i have to ask 4 times again and again front desh then receptii On then manager then manager again then they allowed. Despite their hotel being somewhat empty as i saw very very fewguest on oir floor. This is 1st hotel where i saw staff keep on saying do this do that dont do this and that . Was strict boarding school . My child said this is more strict than School lolz. They really spoiled our holiday. Zero recomendation for families . Seem only for business. At no point i can say this is 5star. And another big problem is lift, for 18 floors they have only 4 lifts. You have to wait on average 5 -10 mins to get lift. Thank God we have stay at other hotel after this and my child had too much fun in next hotel Centara mirage beach resort. Regarding location this hotel is centre point to 2 metro stations so both metro stations are tooo far if traveling by metro . With family impossible to reach at metro by walking. Room was having carpet and believe me if your with kids and kids might throw something on carpet then hotel might ask you for complete replacement of carpet. They and their useless rules. NOT at all RECOMENDED FOR Families and Kids . i forgot my one thing in hotel . i was in dubai oly for next 4 days but they didnt cared to inform me that i forgot.

Ours is a place for guests who value a sense of order, not chaos masquerading as freedom. To clarify, using service lifts, refraining from taking food out of the restaurant, and following basic safety and hygiene protocols are not our eccentric preferences; they are standard practices in reputable hotels worldwide. These guidelines exist to maintain comfort for all guests, including those who appear less familiar with the fundamentals of hospitality. Regarding the lifts, we regret that the waiting time did not align with your personal schedule. During high occupancy, elevators do tend to serve more than one guest unfortunately, the “private lift per guest” feature remains under development, tempting though it may be for those who believe the world revolves around their convenience. As for our location between two metro stations, it is intentionally placed for easy access while still maintaining a degree of peace, though we remain unsure what point was meant to be made.

Totally overbooked and overhyped. Everything is average except the location. Totally not worth the price. Special requests put during booking like bday celebrations are not attended. Breakfast feels like a low cost wedding buffet

Excellent stay. Good Food. Welcome desk was cheerful. All the staff were cooperative and helpful. Availability of travel helpdesk is a major plus. Neat and clean room. Linens were changed daily. Very good view from the 19th floor during breakfast.

Stayed for 5 days. Good rooms, good food, fast service and excellent location very near to Burjuman Mall, Bur Dubai. The room cost me 13,000+ Rs per night including Breakfast which was on the higher side. There are many restaurants at a walking distance of the Hotel

Park Regis is a situated in a good location where you’ll get every thing within less than 5 min walk, especially all Indian needs. It’s too over crowded and too much waiting at break fast everyday. Over all stay is good.

If your looking for a 5 star property experience than this is not the property to stay at... Firstly the staff is not at all welcoming... it looks like they are paying us to stay at the property...I had stayed in Hyatt creek in Dubai it was a momerable experience.... secondly you will not find a variety of breakfast in buffet.. and the taste is not up to mark...will not recommend to stay in such a property
