Delta Hotels by Marriott, Dubai Investment Park

we had very bad experienced in Delta which we had book we check on 31st Oct and check out on 3rd Nov. we found bed bugs in room. we were not slept whole night

No rely on prior checkin even 1 mth before mail, no car service available at stay u hav to ask dental n bathroom slippers, it’s not included but food n cleanliness support staff all good

If you are looking for a best stay, best experience , this is the Hotel you book. the rooms are cozy, well furnished and luxurious. The food was great. The staff was welcoming.

Everything was amazing, we do understand the restaurant hotel rules but the staff his was of saying that to the food driver when he delivered the food to us it was bad he was trying to say that it’s not allowed but in the end there is a way to say it in a professional way i was so upset as we ordered from the restaurant already but we want to receive our delivery in the restaurant.

The rooms were very good. The staff was very good. Very well kept rooms.

Overall experience was good except to the ac in the room i think its not cooling properly i put on 19 still it’s normal cold only.

Very fast and convenient for check-in. The room are cleaned it just that the towel smells cigarette even-though it’s a non smoking room.

Staffs always went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. From warm welcome at check-in until leaving the hotel.

Very smooth process from checkin till checkout. Never faced any issues so far. The reception are very accomodating.

Perfect location as it is very close to the metro. There is an excellent mall nearby. Food in the restaurant was too good but a bit expensive. All their staff were very friendly. I would choose this again and again as it comes at a very affordable price in comparison to other 4 stars in the typical tourist hubs like dera and downtown.

I didn’t like the stay and was charged extra taxes. The good part of hotel was it being closer to metro - but the staff wasn’t hospitable. Will not recommend.
