Novotel Dubai Gold District

Loved the stay at Novotel would love to come again there everything was excellent and food was also good would suggest everyone to stay there

I had an amazing experience at Novotel Dubai District. Everything about the stay was really good the room was clean and comfortable, and the washroom was well-maintained. The location is excellent, just a short 100–200m walk from the Gold Souk and Perfume Souk, which made exploring the area super convenient. The reception staff were extremely helpful and polite, which made the check-in and overall experience smooth.

Wonderful property, great location and access, fantastic service and very good breakfast. Rightly prized.

The location was good close to the metro station. It was a new hotel, the room was also good but there were no toiletries in the room and only two small bottles were provided extra water bottles were chargeable. The toiletries were only provided after we called the housekeeping. The staff was a bit rude and not cooperative at all. The breakfast was expensive compared to the options available as there were very less options available in the buffet.

Check in time was exorbitant. Took almost 20-25 mins to check inn. Guys u need to improve in it as all other guest also faced similar problem. Apart from that Ann supported us quite well. You should not ask guest to pay for empty plates and spoon in room.

Hotel is not at all guest friendly and for even plates and print out they have charges . And room service is very late and pathetic .

The Hotel has not provided the additional bed, while payment done for three, also the water bottle given in a day only two (that too half litre) on 3 pax occupancy, the staff said it is chargeable. it is nowhere mentioned in the booking. The experience is not good.

superb, near to metro and shopping mall. rooms are spacious. Breakfast is good. staff are very friendly

Stay was fantastic, rooms were spacious and cleaned. Just 5 mins walk to Gold Souk metro station. Best Location to stay in Deira.

I had a pleasant experience. Great location. I would have given 5/5 but the A/c wasn't working properly that night. over-all it was a good experience and nice staff.

The property took 300 dhirams extra from me just to get a smoking room which is not right. Please look into this matter and try to get me my refund against this extra charges paid.

This was the our first visit and the day we arrived on 27th Nov receptionist whi on the counter Pakistan gentleman (forgot the name) warmly welcomed us. Amazing properties and well cleaned, even housekeeping staff done good jobs 👍. Definitely will visit again.

We stay at dubai in wyndham dubai dheira at 24th september, i was expecting about good hospitality and services as they charge high rates, but there is very low speed internate and i call on reception for dental kit, they are not provide, so i will never come again in this hotel.
