Krabi Resort

Location is excellent and the private beach access is the highlight. Service is very good. Amenities like gym and children play area along with mini-golf are a great add-on.

staff at the Krabi resort, since the resort is huge the service is pathetic. Anything you ask for, they will 2-3hours to fulfill and if you call the answer would be pls wait, it will take time as there are lot of rooms.. I mean if there are lot of rooms, then there should be enough staff to fulfill the requirements of guests. We kept asking for food menu for 2 days and finally checked out and never got any menu.. The only answer was, pls wait it will take sometime.. is this is the behaviour. Resort is pretty expensive and this kind of service is not expected at all . Pathetic experience.

Awkward Stay... No Value for Money... Sticking smell in the rooms... Rooms were allotted by 3pm. In booking it was mentioned 2pm.. Breakfast Spread was good..

Well kept big property, with good amenities. The location is good. Need to work on a smooth check in process cutting down the waiting time. Customer service is on the low side in our experience. The room telephone wasn't repaired the whole time we stayed there in spite of multiple reminders.

Bad The Steve was okay, okay, but the staff behaviours especially towards Indians is very bad, extremely extremely bad. There is very very very low service towards especially towards Indians. I recommend if you want to stay stay on the basis of property. The staff behaviour is very bad and the services, even worse.

The details which were shown in make my trip are not correct. In the booking details it is mentioned that the room comes with bath tub but after reaching there we got to know this segment of room doesn’t have that. Other than that the property is good. Have access to private beach

The property itself is really big and spacious, yet as soon as you step out, you find yourself right on the main market road, which makes it very convenient. All the major attractions and beaches are just a short distance away, so getting around is hassle-free. Breakfast was good, though it could definitely have included a wider variety of vegetarian options. The absolute highlight of the stay, however, was the private beach, which made the whole experience truly memorable.

Krabi Resort is a Thai-style resort located in Ao Nang, stay was very pleasant. Key notable features that added to my peacefull stay was: - Private Beach Access: The resort has direct access to the beach. - Large Pool: They have 2 pools, it was fun with kids. - Local Cuisine: The resort gave a taste of authentic Thai flavors. - Lush Vegetation: The resort's surroundings are lush and green,very peacefull. Accommodation: There are many types of rooms avalable, i stayed in Deluxe rooms, it was comfortable. Location: Situated near Ao Nang Beach, a popular spot for tourists.

the service is so terrible... the is no boil water for baby no baby food also the room service is nill

The property has a good location but the food options for breakfast were limited and the place was not properly maintained . Also the housekeeping staff was not prompt , I could had my intercom repaired in the 3 day visit .

AC not working even after 3 hours Old Infrastructure and staff entering room without keys too. the experience is pathetic

It was horrible to stay there waiter bang in ur room at night with any consent poor service of everything cudnt deliever water in 12 hours not a good property to stay

Poorly maintained resort. Uncoordinated .. dirty pool, clogged drains .. But the beach is very accessible and we enjoyed our time there.

I would like to give only 1 stat to this property only for its location rest all is soo bad. They will say no to everything water is not available, towel is not available, laundry bag not available, if you will ask anything which is complimentary they will say no, breakfast was also average

Properties food was below average And rooms were not up to the mark Service was very poor They didn’t listen once asked for anything Too much construction work and drilling while we are sleeping they didn’t stop even after requesting

Location was the best part in the stay, moreover the number of complimentary amenities you get is great.
