The BlueSotel smart is a modern hotel. The vibe is very good. Breakfast buffet spread was good compared to the price. The rooftop swimming pool had an amazing view. Staff was also very courteous. We really enjoyed our stay.

Location was shaby, staff behaviour was worst, they denied to serve water at reception when my parents requested. They were told to get it in room only. The lobby from lift to room smelled bad all the time. No air diffusers to control odour.

I had an amazing experience at the hotel. Amazing view of ocean and hill. Hotel is having 2 big pools The one on the terrace is an infinity pool. They serve amazing cocktails at the pool bar. The rooms are spacious and the one we used had a nice pool view balcony and a bath All an all exceptional experience.

We have found a cockroach in the room. When we inform the main reception, they sent the housekeeping guy who just killed the cockroach with his bare hand and then went out. Nobody even came to ask that. Do you want to change the room?

We booked a room with a private pool (jacuzzi). This was our 4th and final stay of the trip, and after staying in multiple resorts, it actually felt good to be in a hotel for a change. The biggest difference was the service — it was fast, efficient, and hassle-free. Though the rooms are smaller compared to resorts, they are far more standardized and better in terms of mattress, sheets, and overall comfort. The hotel has a nice vibe and offers convenient services — we even rented a scooty directly from them for just ₹300 a day, which was super easy and convenient. The location is excellent — only 2 minutes from the beach, 7–8 minutes from the main market, and 5 minutes from small shops by walk. With a scooty, everything is literally under a minute away. The food here was also good. Breakfast had enough variety, while the in-room dining menu wasn’t very large but did the job well. Since this was our last stop, we mostly wanted to relax, and the rooftop pool and bar were perfect for just chilling out. Overall, a very comfortable stay and a great way to end our trip.

My stay was very comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the staff were courteous and attentive. The hotel’s location is excellent, only 200 meters from Ao Nang Beach. It also features two swimming pools with a poolside bar, a restaurant named Twice a Day, and a rooftop area offering beautiful sea views, making it a well-rounded experience.

The location isn’t right on the beach, but just a short walk away — and honestly, you’ll enjoy that stroll. It’s close to restaurants and Ao Nang beach, so it’s still pretty convenient. The hotel has 3 clean pools (including a nice infinity pool), and the rooms are comfy with a pool-view balcony and a bathtub. The food was below average — very basic breakfast and nothing special. Service was fine; they even packed us a breakfast box for our early flight, which was helpful. Overall, it’s a very good budget stay if you’re planning to explore Krabi a lot. But if you want to chill at the hotel and have a great in-house experience, this may not be ideal.

The stay was amazing. The location was over. We didn’t try the food, but the pool was very good and wife. Also, the gym was good as a location.

The staff were extremely rude. They charged us 1,000 THB for checking out just 40 minutes late. They were literally calling us names, referring to us as .” and we ended up paying 1,000 THB just for a 40-minute delay. (Reception sofa) Also they have charged us 300 THB for room slippers that went missing from their pool area when we went for a swim and you have to walk approximately 30 mins for a Tuktuk and cab that they were providing for the main road was for 1000thb lol

Booked deluxe plunge pool with jacuzzi. Room was excellent. Location is awesome just near the beach. But veg indian options in food not available. Otherwise hotel is very good
