Very dirty resort. Horrible staff in the reception. They charge money for every small things. Lot of mosquitos.

Property is situated in a very beautiful setting. It is not only very quiet but also a charm about it. Will love to visit back!

Our stay at the property was very good. Room was neat & clean, airy & sea view. Staff & service was up to the mark.

The rooms are very well maintained and clean, the main beach is 1 minute walk away. Staff is courteous and helpful. Had a pleasant experience. Highly recommended :)

Beautiful rooms with great view

If you have booked standard rooms, they will give you rooms very far and we need to walk to reach room upward side. Further, there is no room service even it was mentioned while booking. Also market area and railay beach is far around 1. 5-2km, someone have to walk. My suggestion is to book room near beach only to avoid such walking. If you want rooms in jungle type, then you can book here, having great view and surrounded by trees. But there is nothing to do. You have go to beach area side only.

It was a very good trip. You can choose this hotel but before reaching Railway contact the hotel for pick up because for older it's tough to walk long distance. Hotel will arrange boat.

Welcome drink was awesome and we asked it twice. They happily served us again. Very good Resort with private Beach and infinity pool. Recommended for couples.

I will not suggest this because it's very difficult to reach hotel by boat and no information will be anyone about this properly. It was a terrible day for us to reach this

One of the best location in my entire trip, so calm and near to nature

Situated at bit a height which gives this resort an advantage of beautiful views around with lots of green habitat plus you can see cat roaming freely and have all the amenities one wants. Railey beach is just 15 minutes walk from resort, if you don't want to walk one can go by speed boat also.

This is like dream resort. One drawback, this was so far from port. Lot of walk. There was lot of silence. I faced lot of problems to walk in nights because there was lot of dark and forest. Recommend but very far from beach and food streets. If like loneliness then this is best place.

Very beautiful, it is a beach and also the same time hill resort also nice staff overall very good.

We have stayed for 2 days, great choice & value for money. Breakfast was good. Clean room & all essential amenities available. Cottages are clean & well maintained.

We wrote a formal mail to the hotel before arrival stating we are vegetarians, still we did not have vegetarian options for the breakfast. On complaining about the same to the reception, they said that they can't do anything and tomorrow we can get a different menu. When we said give us an extra dish or a small meal whenever, the reception manager got really rude and said, I am the manager here and we can't give you anything. Ignorant and rude staff. Go at your own risk.

Overall, the stay at the Railay Great View Resort & Spa was really good. The room was superb, with an amazing view of the sea. The breakfast was fantastic. The resort is in a secluded location and a struggle to reach unless you book an airport transfer.
