Aonang Orchid Resort

Very nice experience and stay was nice and comfortable. Enjoyed the villa with pool. Cleaned and hygienic rooms. Food was also good.

Stay location is good but ac not working properly rather then AC everything was good gsgahahahahahgaasgga

The hotel is good but if you are indian they will give you road side rooms not the other side too much of noise u will get because of that don't take 220* rooms ask them to provide only reception side

Excellent stay. Great location. 2mins to ao nang beach. But a little far from the ao nang night market.

Not really a 4 star resort that they advertise since it is an old property which they haven't bothered to refurbish. But provides a value stay since it's prices are cheaper and is located at a stone's throw away from ao nang beach. The ac wasn't working initially but the technician promptly got it rectified though i wasn't happy with the cooling. Communication with room service is difficult since not all of them know english, so they simply pass on the phone to that one guy who can speak. Pool area is nice and great place to chill with bar located near it although i felt the water had a bit more chlorine than required. The restaurant food is excellent though with all day dining services. Overall an average value for money hotel

The stay was very good there

Great location, very close to aonang beach, maybe 200 meters. Polite staff, great breakfast, at least 4 types of egg preparation including live egg counter. Needed hot milk for my coffee and it was brought immediately. Shall recommend this place anyday. While it is not immediately known, if you book cheapest room, you are bound to get roomabove restaurant, which have no view. Room size and other services / amenities are as per expectations. If you get room in main hotel, much better view.

Not clean at all, smelly, washroom is dirty the room is dirty, food is bad. Staff can’t speak proper english, we asked for iron they don’t have, anything we request they can’t offer

I am really thankful to the entire staff for their services, you were amazing, whenever I had called the reception for any support, they were at my door in actually less than 5 minutes, even at 3 am, had a great stay, great hotel, I was on my honeymoon, loved their services.

This hotel is the best place to relax, the pool is awesome.

Stay was good but food was average the hotel had no lift it is located in the heart of the City

Hotel is in a busy street, but not noisy, no view from any part of hotel. Staff is friendly but untrained. There is no lift in hotel, so usually they allotted the room to you on top floors and then readily offer to upgrade you to a lower floor, same room, but by paying more. There is no difference in all the room categories, except villas, other than the floor. Has paint chipping in the rooms. Shower pressure, fluctuating in all rooms, there is parking in the hotel, food is average. Pool timing is very vague (9 am to 7 Pm) designed to discourage usage, pool towels (shabby look in) are given at the reception far away and deposited back, not clear why. Overall an average stay, better options in vicinity.

There was no lift in the building. The air conditioner was not working in my room and when I asked them, they said to wait for some time after hours of checking it didn't worked, then they changed my room. The breakfast was not having enough variety for the vegetarian except the bread, butter and 2 types of fruits. In the second room also the air condition was not working. Overall it was not good experience staying in this hotel.

Location is good to stay nearby beach.

Value for money, it is nice only if you get rooms at reasonable price per night with breakfast. In this rate it is good, 5 mins walk to Aonang Beach.

Firstly this resort doesn’t have a life, so you have to climb stairs carrying your luggage. Welcome drink was not given to us, don’t know why. Now let’s come to the room, lots of ants in the room. Rooms are very old, AC doesn’t work properly. Breakfast options are not good either. The only good part is location hardly 5 mins from Ao Nang Beach

Please add some veg breakfast. As I am vegetarian and no option was available.

Pool was the charm of this hotel. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great and with enough variety. Would definitely recommend any type of pax to visit this resort. Its beautiful.
