Proud Phuket Hotel

Very nice service and very nice stay i will come again soon.

I booked superior pool access room and my experience has been pathetic with this property: *reached 2. 45pm, but was able to checkin only at 4pm (was made to wait for complete 1. 15 hrs, since room was not ready) * even then the room was not ready missed basic things like toothpaste tea & coffee. You have to keep calling them for these and then you are told to collect it, because they are short of staff * precisely informed reception to make the room next day. But then again they make sure nothing changes in the room until l you arrive and complain them * mosquitos and flies all over the property and room * very minimal breakfast spread specially for indian vegetarian people very disappointed. They tend to repeat their mistakes/behaviours again and again.

The Hotel is nice but lacks any indian restaurants near by. Breakfast had no indian food available.

Close proximity to the airport. Airport transfer available on chargeable basis. Cleanroom and nice location.

Had a good time staying at hotel. It's near to the airport, easy to roam around, ample of option to rent a scooter or a car.

It was a wonderful time, everything was smooth. Staff was excellent and helpful. It was near to the airport which make your maneuver easy.

Service and reception is very bad at this Hotel. Overall I hope staying in this Hotel is not value for money.

A great choice at a very cheap price.
