I had a great time. The staff is very sweet and the room was comfortable. The only issue I had was with the food timings. Such a prominent brand and a Wyndham Grand Nai Harn Beach Phuket should have a night menu. There was no food available after 10:30. Also, if you asked the staff for plates and cutlery after 10:30, that wasn't available either. I found this a bit strange considering that it's a 5 star Wyndham Grand Nai Harn Beach Phuket.

Everything was excellent. Upgrade to the pool access rooms. It’s worth it. Their service, food and property ambience is phenomenal!
