JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa

We greatly enjoyed the stay at the jw in Phuket. We booked a car pick up from the airport through the JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa, so the entire experience began on a pleasant note. The JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa employees are very pleasant and kind and go out of the way to accommodate you. The JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa chef came out himself to our table - we felt like masala dos-as that day that he happily accommodated as a special gesture. Rooms are spacious and kept clean by the fastidious house cleaning staff. Plenty of room and activities on the property - so much to do if you just stay here versus other excursions. We will be back again soon.

Jw marriott resort was excellent. The location of our room was fantastic and it was a convenient walk to the beach. The siam deli was open 24/7 and it is there that we got a great choice of food, drinks and dessert. The pool was great but one should be careful to make sure it is the right pool with the right depth. For example, i got into a pool which was 2 meters deep and that is unusual in the us! overall experience of staying in jw marriott for us was amazing.

Our stay in the jw phuket was lovely, we felt pampered most of the time and had excellent service sometimes. It was at peak season and it involved some crowds sometimes ( waiting for breakfast or a sunbed) which we didn’t enjoy. But everything else was excellent. Specially we need to mention the wonderful new years eve buffet and celebration! it came at a price, but was worth it!

At jw marriott phuket we found the ultimate relaxation we sought after months of work. From excellent breakfasts to fantastic pools and evening entertainment, everything was superb. But what truly stood out was the incredibly hospitable nature of the staff, making our stay truly unforgettable. 5 out of 5 in all aspects - we can't wait to return!

Exceptional stay and hospitality at JW Marriot Phuket Mai Khao. Located right on beach nearby Airport perfect for families. Property is huge with 3 pools and lots of activities for kids. Food is excellent with good number of in house restaurants. Overall we were satisfied with services of JW.

Food is good, breakfast haa a great spread and the view is good however there is a waiting if you are late. The JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa insist on blocking a amount of money while checking in which does not give a good feeling. Overall a great place.

location- beautifully crafted on shores. little far from central phuket. food, amenities and services top notch. Breakfast is amazing and serves indian food. many activities available within the property.
