Lovely property with amazing pools lots of funactivities for children . U don't need to go out . Amazing staff and reception was very good

Our stay at the Marriott was absolutely brilliant! we were travelling with our 2 year old daughter,and the property had a great Kids club,along with multiple activities planned for kids at hourly intervals. The kids pool with a slide was a fun addition as well. overall a good experience travelling with a toddler in regards to food,safety, entertainment and activities on the property.

Our stay at the JW Marriott was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and at home. The lobby's stunning views of the vast ocean set the tone for a relaxing getaway. The pool area, overlooking the sea, was a picturesque haven. We thoroughly enjoyed the excellent cuisine at the in-house restaurants, particularly Siam Deli for its authentic Thai preparations and Cucina for its delicious Italian dishes. The breakfast service was exceptional, with attentive waiters who took the time to personally note our preferences. Special mention to Pawan and Biplov, who went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, even offering off-menu items, making us feel valued as guests traveling from India.

Exceptional stay and hospitality at JW Marriot Phuket Mai Khao. Located right on beach nearby Airport perfect for families. Property is huge with 3 pools and lots of activities for kids. Food is excellent with good number of in house restaurants. Overall we were satisfied with services of JW.

Jw marriott resort was excellent. The location of our room was fantastic and it was a convenient walk to the beach. The siam deli was open 24/7 and it is there that we got a great choice of food, drinks and dessert. The pool was great but one should be careful to make sure it is the right pool with the right depth. For example, i got into a pool which was 2 meters deep and that is unusual in the us! overall experience of staying in jw marriott for us was amazing.

Our stay in the jw phuket was lovely, we felt pampered most of the time and had excellent service sometimes. It was at peak season and it involved some crowds sometimes ( waiting for breakfast or a sunbed) which we didn’t enjoy. But everything else was excellent. Specially we need to mention the wonderful new years eve buffet and celebration! it came at a price, but was worth it!

Property is too good. Hotel stuff are very friendly and very cordial, service is excellent. It’s the best property in Phuket.

At jw marriott phuket we found the ultimate relaxation we sought after months of work. From excellent breakfasts to fantastic pools and evening entertainment, everything was superb.
