We recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic — very convenient and close to key areas. The breakfast spread was impressive and the pools were clean and well maintained, which we really appreciated. However, the housekeeping service was a disappointment. During our entire stay, our bed sheets were not changed even once, the cups in the room were not cleaned, and towels were not replaced regularly. For a 4-star property with premium pricing, this was unexpected and quite disappointing. Improving the housekeeping standards would definitely elevate the overall guest experience.

The location of this hotel was just perfect. Not very far from patong beach & bangla street also not very close to the noisy streets. Staff was very courteous. Rooms very spacious and clean. It was a perfect stay.

Tired Property, Tiny Rooms I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was far from what I expected. The hotel is clearly an old property, and it shows — from the worn-out interiors to dated facilities. My room was extremely small, with barely enough space to move around, and offered no real view except for the wall of another building. Hospitality was not up to the mark either. Staff interactions felt little effort to make guests feel welcome or comfortable. There was no sense of warmth or personal touch that you’d hope for in a hotel stay. For the price paid, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, the reality was far from the polished photos Would advise looking for newer, better-maintained options nearby.

Lighting in the rom is very low, overall experience is ok. It does not feel like a 4 star property. The breakfast is also okay okay. It has indian veg options available but the taste is bland.

coupleLocation is good but little overpriced for the room quality and service ... we went in November which is not a very touristy season as compared to December and January but we were faced with prices that were almost 20-25% higher

It's a good hotel, but it's a little old. Need a renovation, but i recommend taking a pool access room because they have a nice pool and good vibes. Nice food and massage. The stuff is very helpful and respectful.
