Not worth it. Rooms are very bad

Good resort with all cooperative staff & no arguments hotel excellent location food too good for non vegeterians need too add some vegeration in breakfast

Location good big room very neat n clean value for money. Overall rating 4. Just 2 negative things they dont have much indian guest so very limited vegetarian items in breakfast and they do not provide early check in even when they have rooms available.

Good and comfortable stay, nearby to patong beach and restaurants. Everything was perfect during the stay.

Wifi reception is not good. Indians will not like the breakfast which is offered.

Excellent resort, clean huge rooms and clean beautifu big pool. Our rooms were upgraded to grand deluxe. Beautiful clean and huge rooms. Great location. Breakfast was good but they need to add more variety. Overall an excellent resort.

Location is good, staff isn’t too courteous, breakfast is very average and rooms are decent. One can get better value for money in and around the same location. Walkabale distance to bangla street and patong beach, bang opposite to hard rock and hooters - location is great

Only property location is good but they don’t offer what was there in offered services. They don’t understand the language as well as even the room cleaning services was not offered.

The hotel stay was very nice, even the staff was very friendly and supportive. Had some issue with availability of vegetarian food. Apart from that everything was good. That will be all thank you very much!

It's a wonderful and world class hospitality. Great and clean rooms

It's a old 17 year resort but has huge pool and room sizes are huge too. Room sizes felt like a suite. They give very basic toiletries but many other things compensate it. Bed sizes (we booked grand delux room) are very good. There was a separate small bed for our daughter. The breakfast was amazing as well. Location wise was also great as o top market was just beside it and bangla road was half a km away. The service by the staff was also great, we never needed anything in the first place.

the hotel was supposed to give a superior room to me but ended up giving a basic room with 2 single beds, i had to go and speak and they arranged for a double bed room. if the room is available why would they not give it in the first place very few items in breakfast for vegetarians , even the fried rice had egg. they do not even provide hot milk. overall was not happy with the stay.

I am staying here for the 2nd time. Had. A nice experience. Most of the staffs are very friendly. The property is located near to patong beach (within 1 km. Breakfast spread is average. They allow early checkin and late check out but they are not very keen to entertain any other requests ( i was turned down when i asked for an iron box and even a toothpaste :p)
