This place has everything that you may want from a holiday destination hotel. Location: opens up in city in one end and beach on the other. Restraunt is superb, good food , good music, good ambiance. My room offered a beautiful beach view, where I could enjoy the sunset from my balcony

The resort is at a very convenient location at patong beach in Phuket. The restaurant of the resort practically opens up on the beach. There are several other restaurants, grocery shops and other utility items shops nearby. Good eating options in resort and around for vegetarian people. Tuk tuk service is nearby. Hospitality of the resort was also good. Rooms were size-able with good room service. Pools neatly maintained. Overall a good stay.

Very bad hotel. Over hyped.

The location was quite good, but at best, the breakfast was very bad, everything was pre-cooked and the coffee was very bad. The employee preparing the eggs did not want to talk to anyone. They don't clean the rooms until after 6 p.m. We lost electricity for 3 days, and the solution was to go out of the room and sleep in the pool garden. The reception staff are among the worst I have ever seen. Every time I go to the lobby, I hear people complaining about them and quarreling with them. For example: We booked 3 rooms overlooking the pool and all of them were twins. What we got was only one room and a king bed, and they said that there were no rooms available and nothing was guaranteed, and They play policy and other things. The employees are completely disrespectful, especially one of them as a female.. No photo.

Very bad experience, they not allowed the room until 4:15 pm, we reached hotel 12 pm, requested them we have a flight same night at 02. 05 am, we want only relax untl 9. 00 pm, unorganized, staff not speak english. Rooms and property is good

excellent location by the beach and close to nightlife in Patong. Spacious rooms, great breakfast and pool. Also cocktail menu👍. Hugely recommended👍

They gave a basic room in superior in one cornner and no view at all

Hotel's location is best in patong beach. One can see sea right from the rooms and restaurant. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Pool is big and clean. Breakfast spread is okay and matches international standards. Bangla street, lot of message parlours, eateries and seven eleven stores are there at hand's away. Live music at their beach side restaurant is amazing everyday. Go for it.
