I booked a room with Jacuzzi but I was given a bathroom with shower, upon telling the hotel about this they said no rooms are free with Jacuzzi.

It was a good resort, specially the room was absolute value for money. The food even staff were quite cooperative and welcoming. Good for families and friends!

There was a lizard in the room and the hotel staff was extremely reluctant to change the room. Also, they misled us in the name of sea view room.

So before booking you should know in detail what the property is all about. Yes, in detail. In one simple sentence, I would describe this as not my First choice in Phuket. Reasons : 1. It is Hill Resort and for every time going up or down you have to ask for the car shuttle from the reception. 2. If thats okay for you, the place where the cab drops after that there is no option of elevator (which was quite surprising to me.) If you get a top room then you have to climb the steep stair and trust me it is quite something... esp if you have to climb with luggage. 🙈. Elderly people will collapse for sure. So dont book if you are coming with elderly people. 3. The shuttle service which takes u uphill has open doors. So when u go uphill the luggage will try its best to fall off from the truck and u will have to put in all your might to stop it. Why will someone design something like it. 4. Breakfast is very very Bad. Spread is limited and the quality is also poor. This is such a huge property, it is hard to understand how come they have such a bad breakfast. In fact the seating area is also small and looks ill maintained. 5. They keep 2000 THB as security so if you have early flight and you need to check out early, run after them 1hr before for room check clearances and checkout. They have poor co-ordination in that regard. Only good thing I feel was staff behaviour and big rooms. Thats it 3/5 stars from my end.

The property overall looks good, but you get a reality check once you live in it, rooms are so far off the reception that you cant even think of walking to and fro to your room, they have 24 hour shuttle service, but generally it takes a 10-15 mins for shuttle to come, so you have plan accordingly, staff is not at all courteous and i find everyone to be on the rude side of behaviour. Also there are severe maintenance issues, in my room, hot water jacuzzi was not working, AC controls were not working properly, Television was damaged from one side and also no satelite channels were available, only local channels. Restaurant name is SITA, but there were very few vegetarian options available, leave aside Indian food. Staff knew little bit of english but it was difficult to communicate with them.

Hotel is bit far from the attraction point but they offer shuttle service. Staff can be more freindly. They don't have much option in vegetarian food. Also the bar is not good. They ask for deposit of 1000 baht each day on checkin. also the welcome drink shud be given on arrival instead they give coupons for the same which i found unusual. room are spaciaois clean. breakfast lacks variety. ambience is good

Absolutely amazing stay at Patong Bay Hill Resort! The room was super clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view over the hills and the ocean. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling — they really made me feel welcome. The pool area is stunning and perfect for relaxing, and the location is quiet but still close enough to Patong Beach and all the nightlife. The free shuttle service was super convenient too.

Overall a good stay! Location is slightly away from Patong Beach but there is fixed shuttle schedule. Breakfast was the same every day, so gets exhausting within 2 days

The hotel was not like 5 star or even we can’t say it 4 star plus the bathroom had leakages in shower and property was in heavy need of renovation

This was my second visit to patong bay hill… and it was excellent again. Big rooms for family… private pool neat n clean. Variety of options for morning breakfast… recommended 100%

We chose this resort expecting a safe pick. First impressions were decent — smooth check-in, though oddly you have to collect the “welcome drink” yourself from the bar. We booked the Sea View Suite ( . The view was stunning and matched the photos, but furniture quality was average, the mattress only moderately comfortable, and overall hospitality was just average — not premium for the price. Room service lunch was disappointing: cold food, soggy spring rolls, bland pizza with no seasoning, and average fried rice. Overall, the food here isn’t recommended for taste buds at all. uncomfortable and awkward to board. Requests for extra tea/coffee took 30 minutes for minimal supply. Breakfast was below average, especially for vegetarians, with little beyond bread and fruit. We ended up paying more than we would have for known chains but service and food were far inferior. Beautiful location and suite views, but average hospitality, slow service, and subpar food made this stay underwhelming.
