Rooms were good. One room had a fowl smell which was fixed. One room had a drain problem which was fixed too. Staff were kind and cooperative. Overall a very good experience

Big beautiful property and excellent location near the Bangla Street. You can experience multiple dinning and recreational options within the property. Staff is polite and responsively alert. Perfect place for the vacation and worth the price

The food was horrible and unpalatable on all the days of our stay. Our air tight room's air conditioner caught fire while we were in deep sleep and we woke up 4 am choking and coughing up smoke and desperately rushed to the lobby and stood there for 2 hours (till 6 am). Engineer was unable to repair the AC and the hotel staff refused to provide a separate room to us at 6am in the morning. After police threat we were provide with a separate room. The restaurant staff was extremely uncivilized and misbehaved with my mother when she asked for my breakfast to be delivered to my room since I did not show up to the restaurant as our room's AC had caught fire the previous night.

No indian food..not at all..

The location was at the beach so enjoying beach is possible from this hotel. Good rooms, good swimming pool and warm staff members

Thank you to the staff of Graceland Resort for making our stay so memorable. Your hospitality and warmth truly made my family feel happy. Even my 6 year old needs were taken care of. The property is amazing and has everything if you want to just spend some quality time and relax in the resort

Foul smell in the rooms we had booked. Vegetarian options were very less . Staff was good. But not thebworth they were charging.

Our stay at Phuket Graceland Resort was truly outstanding! The service was exceptional, and every staff member was incredibly friendly and attentive. Our room was very comfortable and spotless. The amenities were fantastic, and we especially loved the wide variety of daily activities offered for all ages, which made our trip so much fun and engaging. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this resort for an unforgettable experience!

I find this property through make my trip. The property is located in front Patong beach .prime location .Good resort with nice buffet breakfast and swimming pools . Perfect place for a stay with all the amenities.clean Nd big rooms.

Rooms were old , lot of moisture in room due to which floor was always wet Breakfast did not have vegetarian options as many Indians tourist visit still they don’t have Indian food counter.

The hotel is located right on Patong Beach and just a short walk from Bangla Road. The pool is fantastic, and the location is perfect. The beachfront is amazing, with high waves and a rope for extra fun in the water. One suggestion: Please add more vegetarian options.
