The entire place felt hijacked by the staff, who treated it like their own private party spot. The bar was completely overrun by them—no space left for actual guests. They were visibly drunk, shouting aggressively in Thai at all hours, making the environment feel chaotic and downright hostile. It was less of a welcoming tourist destination and more like stumbling into someone else’s wild house party. An incredibly unpleasant and uncomfortable experience.

Book it. don't need to worry. we visited with friends. 711 is a minute away by walk. beach, Bangla road, and the biggest mall in Phuket is 5-7 minutes walk. staff is friendly.

No nonsense stay. Friendly staff. Good service. Great location if you're looking to party. 7/11 at a minute's walk. Bangla road is a 4-6 minute walk. Phuket's biggest mall too is a 4-5 minute walk. Good restaurants and cafes and pretty much everything around.

The location is excellent but it's a budget property for indians, however the amenities offered are good.

My stay was amazing, with spacious, clean rooms and a wonderfully attentive staff. Bena, in particular, went above and beyond to assist with any needs or issues I had during my stay—her dedication truly stood out. Lim and cookie were also very helpful and contributed to the positive experience. I look forward to returning in the future!
