Location is good, room size with ocean view is good. I felt a bit of room service in terms of toiletries and room cleaning can be improved. Other improvements in room can be for television which is thai language and does not help foreign visitors. Overall, we liked the hotel for stay as everything was close but can be improved

We had a nice stay at Centara. Location of the hotel was amazing at the peaceful end of the famous Ao nang beach, close to all the famous restaurants and bars. It has a beach access and a beach bar with a starbucks store where you can chill for hours. The room was huge with a lovely ambiance and a nice ocean view. Breakfast spread was amazing with many interesting and yummy dishes. One thing that we didn’t like was they started clearing off the food exactly on the closing buffet time, switched off the air conditioner and lights which we found very strange, though they switched on again when we requested them. Otherwise everything was nice.

My stay at Centara was amazing. The hospitality was excellent and room was very comfortable. Best part was the beach access, which made it like a private beach. Would highly recommend it for families.

Stay and the amenities are excellent. We enjoyed the pool very much. Sea view and access is fantastic. Very close to walking street. However i think the staff, particularly the front office lack hospitality. * Was trying to order water bottles from room service in their app as instructed and waited whole night and my son who was sick had to sleep without water. * Next day at 8AM, when tried to order water in their app, it was showing checked out in the app. * No response or help from reception. * We paid a premium price for substandard hospitality.

The resort location is superb and has easy beach access to Ao Nang beach, the view is breathtaking. We had a comfortable stay and were given a new room once we sited issue with our AC in the room. Coming to the cons the food in the breakfast buffet was ok, but had very negligible indian options. We asked the staff for assistance with upgrading our room , but we were denied saying the rooms are fully booked. No additional laundry bags were given to us even after asking. Cleanliness was an issue as we found small cockroaches in the room, and bedding was not changed daily, they just arranged the same old bedding on one of the days we went to the beach and it was covered in sand even after cleaning the next day. The hotel was located at a quite place away from all the crowd, but still within walkable distance from all the action. It is quite a large property with 2 good swimming pools. The breakfast was quite decent with a good spread. The hotel is family & children freindly with children play area, child pool & even a exclusive children breakfast. With a private beach access, it had everything required for a good Holiday with family without stressing out.

Had an amazing stay at Centara Hotel Krabi! The beachfront location is just breathtaking — waking up to those views was unforgettable. The food was tasty with plenty of options, and the rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The staff made the experience even better with their warm and welcoming attitude. Definitely a place I’d love to come back to and would recommend to anyone visiting Krabi! 🌴✨

Property’s location is probably the best in kraby , on the beach. It has a very big and beautiful swimming pool. The breakfast was very good . Cocktails were fantastic

It is a beach property, pool was amazing. Some of the rooms have a private pool and some have pool access.

The property was overall good and the location of the hotel was perfect as the markets were all around the hotel and it is very convenient for the tourists. Apart from that the view from sea view rooms are the best, one should always book for sea view rooms or pool access rooms, apart from that the other rooms are pointless, as you can only see a canal flowing from your room balcony.

Just okay. Nothing to remember about. Plus very particular about check outs. If u r late, they ask u money for even 30-40 mins . Be aware and a bit far from main market.

We booked a last-minute stay through MMT, and the photos accurately reflected the experience. Our stay was awesome, with a beautiful beach view and a breakfast offering many food options.

I stayed centara ao nang for 3 nights it was a wonderful experience will all perfect amenities there beach was only few steps food was also amazing and there front desk staff was alo very kind and helpful I would recommend everyone 5 stars

Rooms are clean and spacious, location is great. Try to get rooms which are sea facing in building 7 perhaps. Pool is nice and clean. Service needs to be better in dining area, the food is slightly overpriced and not tasty enough for the price. Travel desk will charge you about 500 Thai bhat extra- if money is not a problem book here else book from local market - all are same. Conversation was a challenge but overall I would say 8-10 considering the location and room and cleanliness.
