Pretty resort but no staff

familyThe property itself is very beautiful and well maintained but there is never anyone at the reception. Only one girl manages the property and she's not always available. She leaves the resort at 7pm and then you're on your own. Important: there is no food available at the resort. No restaurant and bar. They order food from outside and it is absolutely horrible. Do not eat the food they order. I ordered a burger in which the patty tasted like dry sand and the bun was hard as cement. The noodles were uncooked. Only book this place if you're okay having food outside and don't necessarily need staff's help because there is nobody to help you at all
