Want to Forget the stay! Waste of Money!

Day 1: Delayed Checkin Process by Hotel. Too many guets and only 1 or 2 staff at reception Day 2: No power in the nigfht for several hgours. Staff had no clue and not courteous at all. Day 3: No house Keeping staff even to give cofee sachets in room. Call to reception resulted in even worse answers like " we can not provide" Day 4: Booked a taxi to Airport from hotel travel desk. Rash driving. He dashed the vehicle with another one. When confronted he asked us to walk 14Km to the airport. Calls to travel desk of hotel were not even answered properly. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. A COMPLET NON FAMILY FRIENDLY HOTEL. WASTE.

Stay at zenseana wasn’t upto the mark, bed wasn’t comfortable the blanket had stains. Room didn’t have place to open bags which generally most hotels have. There were no shower caps in the room. Room had damp smell which use to come from ac went.

Review of my stay at zenseana

I recently stayed at zenseana, and unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations. Here’s a detailed review of the various aspects of the property: location the location was perhaps the only redeeming factor of the property. While it is accessible and convenient, the surrounding experience was not enough to compensate for the lackluster stay. Room size and comfort the room size was extremely disappointing. It felt cramped, with barely enough space to move around comfortably. For the price and the advertised standards, i expected far more. The layout and overall ambience lacked the comfort and relaxation that one looks for during a vacation. Food options one of the biggest disappointments was the lack of vegetarian food options. There were hardly any vegetarian dishes available, which made it incredibly challenging to have a proper meal. For a property catering to a diverse clientele, this was unacceptable. Amenities the amenities provided were basic at best. There was nothing exceptional or noteworthy about the facilities offered. It was evident that the management did not prioritize guest satisfaction in this area. Service quality the service was subpar, with little attention to detail or effort to make the guests feel welcome. Requests were either delayed or not addressed adequately, which further added to the frustration during the stay. Overall experience overall, my experience at zenseana was disappointing. The combination of a small, uncomfortable room, poor food options, and lackluster amenities and services made for an unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing or enjoyable experience. Rating: 1 star.
