We got crack lock door room. And they was not changing our room. Without lock we was not able to go anywhere

The hotel was really disappointed, not same as pics there was no intercoms, Ac was not working, very small room with no amenities.. the hotel really need to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness..

Pathetic is a word to stay at this hotel. Even road side lodge are better than this, worth 600-700 baht per night and make my trip, rated this property as 3 star. Fail to understand what's the basis mm-tr rate such poor property as 3 star, i am really doubting mm-tr capabilities now

This hotel is inside a restaurant and don’t even have a proper entry. You will not be able to find entry or reception by your self. The room given to me didn’t had balcony (there was a open space with air condition placed in it, you can’t sit in that area) and city view as it claimed during booking was showing the backyard of a garbage. They says it’s a beachfront resort, which is incorrect claim as it’s nothing like it. one can find such room in less than 30 usd in same area, probably with better amenities. This is not for families or couple. None of phone number given of hotel are working and when asked at reception about phone, the lady said she don’t have any phone given by management. Also the i wrote an email to hotel when i was finding difficulties in finding the hotel, which i am sure happen to many, they never responded to it, despite of seeing my email! it’s over rated and not worth of staying for families or couple, and definitely should be be called as ‘resort’
