GOOD PLACE TO STAY , NICE POOL NICE ROOMS

ROOMS WERE GOOD , CLEAN , VIEW WAS GOOD , OVER ALL EXPERINCE GOOD BUT BELOW POINTS OUR MY EXPERINCE AND PERSONAL VIEW THERE WAS NO 1 STAFF WITH PROPER ENGLISH, .......... LANGUAGE WAS A PROBLEM. FNB COULD NOT UNDERSTAND MY REQUIREMENT AND TERFOR DELAYED IN SERVICE, 2ND : WE WERE NOT AWARE OF SECURITY DEPOSIT AMT 3000 BATH , WHICH WAS ASKD AT ARRIVAL (NOTE : DEPOSIT PAID BY CARD IT WILL COME ONLINE ONLY, PAID BY CASH IS REFUNDED IN CASH AT TIME OF CHECK OUT. WE WERE IN MIND THAT WE WILL GET OUR DEPOSIT ON SPOT WE WERE SHOCKED TO KNO THAT REFUND OF SECURITY DEPOSIT PAID BY CARD WILL TAKE APROX 45 DAYS WHICH IS TOO LONG . WE WERE OUT OF CASH COZ WE THOUGHT WE WILL GET OUR DEPOSIT DURING CHECK OUT . THE WE HAVE TO GO ATM AND REMOVE CASH WHICH COST US BANK CHARGES + TUK TUK COST 400 BATH ABOVE ALL RUSH TIME TO REACH AIRPORT 3RD OBSERVATION TERE WAS NOT MUCH OPTION IN BREAK FAST , DAILY SAME MENU , INDIAN FOOD WAS NOT LIKE INDIAN TASTE , COULD ENJOY ONLY FRUITS AND EGG OMLET ALL 4 DAYS . NO READY MASALA TEA ROOM AC WAS PLACED FACING ON MAIN BED , TER WAS NO COOLING TILL THE 3RD EXTRA BED WICH WAS PLACED OPPOSITE OF MAIN BED IN LEFT CORRNER ,.. AC FEEL WAS NOT REACHING THE 3RD EXTRA BED. STAFF WAS COPERATIVE , ALL OTHER EXPERINCE WAS GOOD . PLEASE IMPROVE ON INDIAN FOOD OPTIONS

Location : 10/10, Food : 5/10 ( Very less vegetarian options in breakfast and alacarte menu and whatever options are available, it’s very blank and no taste, and if you request the Indian chef, he will sound rude to you ), Amenities : 10/10, Services - 5/10 ( Poor alacarte service in the restaurant due to lack of staffs, the bell boy who drops and pickup the luggage are very rude and throw their frustration on the guests

We booked 1-bedroom pool villa. We have to wait till 2 pm even we got there by 12 but was told to wait till check-in time but once we entered the room it's speechless, really great. Everything like view and service everything was just great.

I loved the pool villa ! pool was clean and well maintained. Highly recommended. Hotel staff were very welcoming. Reception area is not well maintained maybe some construction work was going on but the stay was perfectly good.

Stayed in pool villa and it is amazing experience you feel like staying on tree top, very tastefully build with out disturbing nature, the whole theme is beautifully done.

Very nice place , the breakfast was amazing. The pool was amazing and short very very nice place just one advice they wrote two bedroom suite it’s not too sweet as to connecting room. There is no living room.
