Centara Karon Resort Phuket

For kids , Hotel is a heaven ..there is kids swimming pool area with slides and fountains and dedicated kids rooms for infants and for younger children..They have PS5 and amazing games too.. Indian food is not easily available as it has international cuisine...They have limited veg. options. Location is 5 min walk to Karon beach and there is indian food available outside..amazing location.

I STAY 4 NIGHT WITH MY LITTLE 5 MONTH LITTLE CHILD ITS WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. HOTELS STAFF ARE VERY COOPERATIVE, ALWAYS THERE FOR HELP. PROPERTY IS TOO GOOD WITH 3 POOL ALONG WITH CHILDREN POOL AND PLAY AREA. VERY. NEAR TO KARO BEACH. YOU GET INDIAN RESTAURANT ALSO NEAR BY. VERY GOOD CHOICE FOR FAMILY STAY..

We skippped our one activity day just to stay in the resort .. such spacious property with awesome pool spa and kids activities .. rooms were amazing and the service was extraordinary .. would really recommend this to all ..

The resort is very serene. Location is great. We recommend pool view as it’s in a different wind altogether. The service is little slow other than everything is great about our stay.

Breakfast was good. But same everyday. Food at the restaurant was good. Overall its a decent stay. Pool and clubhouse for the kids was a big plus. The hotel is 5-7 minutes walking distance from the beach. Lot of good restaurants in the area. Great location.

We had wonderful time during our two days stay in Phuket. Hotel is located 5 minutes walk from beach. Lot of shopping and restaurants outside hotel. Nice swimming pools. Garden and facility is sparkling clean. Rooms are spacious. We loved our stay at Centara.

Kha-pan-kha. Need to add food for the customers of India. Some vegetarian food please. FYI- vegetarian do not involve egg. Even after making repetitive request, my wife was denied to have been served any vegetarian food. Hence, we had to eat outside. It is the location of hotel which saved us. There are ample number of shops especially eating places.

The stay was good. But the rates that were taken for the mini bar was a bit too much, almost 5 times of the normal rate. Pools are great and it is a wonderful family place. Food was awesome. The distance from the beach was also 5 minutes and the near by restaurants were also quiet good.

Food was decent, all staff were not very well trained, behaviour was good, overall clean property, nicely laid out, pool facing rooms were fairly large with two queen sized beds. During checkout I was surprised to see that they had charged us 200 Bahts for using the laundry bag. On objecting to it they reversed the amount. Right after check out when my daughter asked for a glass of water at the front office, we were asked to buy a bottle saying they did not have any arrangement for free water at the front office. The restaurant was at an arm's distance though. This is the most heartless act I have come across in a hotel. May God pour some love into their hearts.

The overall ambience was good and rooms were clean and tidy wiyth adequate facilties. Staff was nice. Overall a good resort. However as few ins away from the beach so not really a beach resort. Ample facilities nearby and good value for money. Swimming pool is nice.

The resort is an awesome value for money. Located in a good location. We opt for breakfast which was amazing. I would definitely recommend this resort to all the travellers. Option for renting bikes makes easy to visit the near areas. Do visit local market, it will be a great experience.

Very nice hotel to stay in Karon. I stayed here for 5 night. We had great experience staying here. Staff are very helpful and polite. Must stay hotel. Nice ambience. Clean rooms. Super fast WiFi. Nice market outside just few meters far.

Food was excellent. Not very expensive at all for the quality. The bar was also excellent. All the pools and kids play area are good. Service was excellent and very clean. Good facilities. Nice location too. Close to the beach and only 10-15 minutes away from Patong. Definitely the best out of all Centara properties.
