a bad experience at this hotel

I booked 6 rooms for 10 days the hotel administrator wants money on any service or request made, which is provocative, and the hotel service is self-service when arriving at the hotel at night there is only one person and there is no trolley to carry bags from the bus to the second floor on the stairs, and simply says that the employee does not have staff to carry bags, in addition, the rooms are even if you want to order eggs it takes 15 minutes

Close to bangla road, walking distance definitely will stay here again pics is attached on my review

Old hotel,badly needs renovation,horrible toilets,blocked drains.The western toilet has a see-through glass door and opens right into the entry door.Toilet sink is separate bath area is separate and the toilet pot is separate.No Privacy for person using the toilet.Horrible breakfast and rude staff in breakfast area.Breakfast is stale and name sake type.Waste of money if you have to book room with breakfast.Slippery floors all along the hotel area.The room stinks of dampness.Carpet dirty and bed structure very bad and unclean.My trip literally got spoiled because of this booking.should. It's a 2 star outdated hotel.No ambiance full of mosquitos.No security staff.No bell boy.Onehas to do everything himself.Food very expensive in the hotel and tasteless breakfast.Regret booking this hotel.

Really loved the way resort is made. Something tradition that attract tourist towards it. Rooms were well maintained and clean. Food was upto mark.

Everything was very good up to my expectation. No tension.
