Rooms are too small washroom is too small there is no proper service be careful booking this hotel. View from swimming pool is good

Property is very good and the hospitality was good

very dirty room. tv is not in room. one bad is without bedsheet.not light working in wash basin area, after complaint hotel not listen about this complaint and not reslove the complaint. toilet are also dirty. nobody book this room.

Property location is good but in stay no lift, no proper service very poor ambience. I never ever refer anybody to stay here, infact I checked out after 2hrs, tat 2hours also I went out for restaurant I was searching another stay from outside and checked out, in tat level it's poor. First they need to change those photos which is reflecting online. Never ever believe those pics.

Everything was good .... location was superb and staffs are good ......Easily to local transport also

Hotel is in great location. Staff are very well behaved & supportive. But few basic things are missing like spoon, forks, glasses, etc.

No staff for luggage, no lift, no tea bags, small room, no balcony, staff is not good. No exhaust fan in bathrooms.

There is no lift and the rooms look as if they haven't been cleaned or renovated for ages. The side table was broken. The smell in the room was very bad.

Only good thing i can say for the hotel is it's location. Room was extraordinarily small, there was no lift to help take your luggage to upper floors. Moreover i was made clear that the helping boy would carry only one of my luggage bag, rest i need to carry myself on foot using the stairs

We change 3 rooms are not good old hotel ac not working no lift sticky rooms not having any facilities mention in the description. Terrible experiance kindly refund my money for such stay

When we arrive here in destination patong the receptionist is very welcoming, and they guy help us to take our luggage in our room. They are also very kind and hospitable, the place is clean and we love the view.

Not so good rooms and unhygienic bedrooms and no water in washrooms.

It was a good stay there. Staff was cooperative. There was a beach near by patong beach, which was having a silent vibes.
