Thavorn Palm Beach Resort Phuket

Thavorn palm beach resort is one of the best 5 star resort you can find near to the western side beaches of phuket. luxurious hotel amenities and very well maintained gardens add beauty and charm. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Rooms were pretty spacious for family of 3 or 4 and there were swimming pools and water slides as well. The morning buffet was very delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. Pet zoo within premise that would entertain children as well as adults. Beach is right across at a walkable distance. We will definitely book Thavorn palm beach resort for our next holidays as well.

We stayed for 4 nights. The resort turned out to be better than our expectations. Awesome location.

The Resort was exceptional. We had an extremely pleasant stay , the staff was very courteous specially Beam. She made sure we were comfortable and I would surely recommend this resort to any one who visits phuket. The beach is right across the street and they have a very nice petting zoo making it very memorable. There was a good breakfast spread and the overall property was very beautiful.

Our stay at Thavorn Palm Beach Resort was just amazing. Very polite desk staff. Quick check in. Comfortable rooms. The location is just beautiful, with access to the beach just across the road. Lots of activities to do within the Resort like swimming, water slides. The food quality is also very good. Overall a very good experience and would love to visit again.

It was great but i just feel the rooms were too far away and we had to walk alot inside the resort and my familys room was very far and also the lights went for 2 hours in the morning and without air conditioning it was too hot

Service is good , Excellent stay experienced but in our wing lift is not working and one suggstion increase the indian breakfast.

hotel is sitauted on karon beach. beach is just across the road. hotel is a 5 star property with multiple pools inside. the best part is water slides and a petting zoo for the kids was inside the hotel. our kid really enjoyed. market is a little away from this place. nearest 7 eleven is around 600m. breakfast had a huge menu. we enjoyed the breakfast as well. this resort is away from the hustle bustl. but nothing much to do around the property. come here for relaxation and enjoying the watwr slides.

This is the Best Resort for Family and Kids... loved it.. Food was amazing and amenities were excellent..

It’s a beautiful property, with fun water slide. Big rooms with two beds. We stayed comfortably with our two kids. Breakfast buffet is good with omelettes, fresh fruits, chicken, fish, noodles. Limited option if you looking for Indian breakfast. Beach is right across the road. Lovely experience

First of all, I would like to say this hotel is on road side wherein the passerby can peep into your pool and see you in pool or sitting at the deck for lagoon pool access with terrace. Rooms are too small if you have a 15 yrs old child. Staff is useless, we checked in at 7.30pm we told them the room is too small with no privacy and with noisy surroundings the front desk said no rooms are available the will charge me 2500 THB each day to down grade the room as the room I booked was a pool access room and the change is possible next day only. I didn’t wanted to spoil my vacation so I booked another property and checked out at 9pm when the senior supervisor Annie saw this happening she pretended to be unaware of the entire situation until then I had booked the other hotel. So I would request everyone to think twice before booking this hotel as this is not on beachside and avoid rooms with pool access.

Beautiful, luxurious resort at Karon beach. You will be welcomed by a huge entrance lobby, beautiful decor and a welcoming staff. A huge water slide set-up and beach right behind it capture your eyes and you will just wait to either jump in the pool or go to the beach. We were upgraded to a family suite facing the pool and beach, that we loved. Air conditioning for such a big room should be better. Property is beautiful, the 4 pools, secret garden, proximity to the beach. Service is exceptional, everything you need - umbrella, beach bag, beach towels - is in your room. Excellent stay for you and family. Famous Patong beach is 7-8 kms from here.

Property Food - Only non-vegetarian options were available. Room service was very poor. Hotel Staff was not customer friendly. Only 1 lift for customers that too was not in operation for half day. Overall, not recommended for stay. Please remove from your pannel

Service is not the best and the view from the property is good but the rooms are very average, interiors ar disappointing

Beautiful place, great hospitality, was amazed by the pool that had slides. We got an upgrade to some great rooms with a pool and ocean view. Looking forward to staying there longer next time.

A huge property with 4 pools right on Karon beach. Excellent for kids to enjoy themselves with slides and lots of activities. Had a great time!!!

The resort was very good. Huge rooms. Great pool. Water slides were amazing. Breakfast was also good. Beach was just across the road. Market was also nearby. Only thing that bothered was mosquitoes. The resort should use anti mosquitoe spray gun from time to timeto reduce the mosquitoes. If you are travelling with a child do carry lots of anti mosquitoes spray or purchase it from the nearby seven eleven.

I experienced a significant issue with the water supply. From afternoon onwards, there was no water supply, and when the water did come, it was dirty and black and my daughter took half bath, after several complaint issue was not resolved and moved other room at approx 8. Last day in Thailand was spoiled by hotel. Also when we asked for 1 late checkout, they refused directly without even checking the availability although we faced very bad time previous day.
