Worst hotel, only view nice, price too much

We booked the room, but not checked in.
The owner, at first was not understanding us at all. Booked through the app and booking was confirmed with money also debited from our account. But were told room not available which was so poor mismanagement. After a lot of argument and irritation the owner thankfully returned our money but left a bad experience in an otherwise perfect thailand experience.

groupThis was my all-time favourite resort. I enjoyed a lot in the resort. Services are good although not very quick due to the distance of rooms from reception but a lovely place to stay. 5 stars from my side to the hotel and the lady on reception. She was very helpful.
