Decent property with good location but poor house keeping...no bell boy, no veg options, not a right property for indian family spending this much money

Food options for Indians are not at all good... Rooms on ground floor are bad...The worst part is the commission the hotel staff took for booking an airport cab... They took 1100 Bhat from me to pay in advance and have 900 to the driver in front of me...

The location of this property is best. Just few meters away from bangla road and in center of patong, everything is close to it and easy to find transport from the property. The rooms are clean and well maintained

Stay was fantastic. Food was nice and staff were very hospitable. Location was walking distance to beach, restaurants and other facilities.

We had a great experience staying at the lantern resort. It is located right at the heart of bangla road and is very strategically located and is very near to some great cafes, local street food and patong beach. Food is really great with different options for indians room was very clean and spacious. Our room was located at ground floor which provided even more convenience. The staff is super friendly and also provided us with late checkout (upto 3 hours) at no extra cost

room was specious, toiletries was not at all good.. location was good like near to famous roads… over priced.. no space to enter the car near reception..

Great stay at the lantern resort - was travel-ling with friends in phuket and stayed here for about a week. Excellent staff - very good cleanliness across the rooms (service with a smile, always, spacious rooms - we had studio rooms and the 2 bedroom apartment. To top this all up - it's location is insane. Everything is a short walk - restaurant, convenient store, pharmacy, sports bar, atm and the bangla street, all about 50 meter walk from the hotel. Overall - great value for money, good cleanliness, excellent food and top location.

Location is very good. Right in the middle of the hustle and bustle if that’s what you’re looking for. Staff behaviour is average. Some are courteous while some are the opposite. The food is absolutely horrible. We had an a-la-carte breakfast one morning and it was borderline inedible. The eggs were absolutely bland and the iced coffee was extremely sour. They don’t seem to hon-our the benefits like free laundry and discount on f&b and had to be shown these things. Only after escalation they agreed to these things. Rooms are spacious and clean, have every amenity but not very well insulated. Lots of noise from the adjacent rooms and the common areas outside the room.

The internet not working in the room. After lot of request it was arranged to work, took more than 24 hours to get it rectified. Got the room allotted very late at 2:30 pm inspite we had arrived at 10 am. One if the receptionist was not an easy girl, not polite. Then another receptionist offered us a waiting room for 3-4 hours. Location is good but mostly near arabic food restaurants.

I stayed at the pent view room of this hotel from 5th october to 9th october, 2023, and the rooms were huuuugee, very spacious and very beautiful. The resort property has a nice location and the staff are specially very nice. Som, air and earn at the front desk were very efficient and courteous. They helped us with smooth check in and check out. Also, the staff at their restaurant were very nice. Poy, film and dun were very hospitable and courteous.

Indian Restaurant and PATONG Beach is near by.
