The property is good, value for money, the pool is big and nice. Rooms are clean, mattresses are a lil hard, and the washroom commode doesn't have a jet or hand faucet making it a lil difficult to use for asian people. Otherwise the stay was comfortable

Overall hotel stay and food was good in hotel. Location wise it is very peaceful and near the beach. Staffs are very well trained and supportive. Pools are big and clean.

It was an average stay at the hotel. I was unhappy with my stay but the hotel compensated me with a complimentary dinner and breakfast which was a nice little gesture on their behalf. But I really hope they improve their customer services front desk. Thank you

The hotel has very limited options for vegetarians. So pack your food when staying in this hotel.

I am quite happy. But was expecting more. Swimming tank is good and secure. Breakfast is ok, not so much good. Hotel location is good walk-able distance to beach.

The hotel is good in terms of location, just 5-8 minutes walk from Karon Beach, moreover in a peaceful area. The staff is courteous and willing to help. I would recommend it if you want to be out of the hustle and bustle of Patong. Very decent food options too are closer to the hotel, which makes tour stay overall comfortable.

Vegetarian food variety wasn't good

It is a nice property, about 10 minutes walk to the beach. Great rooms, Wi-fi, pools and competitive rates compared to other properties around are its USP. There are convenience stores, restaurants and spas in close proximity. I would recommend pool view if you don't like too much quiet and hill view on the contrary. To sum up, I would recommend the property!

Very good property, in a very good location of Karon area, Phuket, walking distance from beautiful Karon beach and nearby market and Indian restaurant, good rooms, beautiful swimming pool view of every room, clean and neat property, staff very good responsive, perfect stay for couples and even family with children.

We stayed for 2 days and it is near Patong beach. Hotel services are excellent. We only faced problem for vegetarian breakfast. Strongly suggest for veg diet person to bring their own. Rest is good.

It was a good stay. Staffs were well behaving too.

We reached quite early, and had pre requested for early check-in, which could not be provided. But we got one around 11:30 am. The common areas could be better, as there are no fans or AC, and it is quite difficult to wait in the areas. The room was great for the price. The breakfast is okay but repetitive. The quality is okay.
