Excellent service, very good staff, super duper clean!

We were greeted by the amazing staff at the Grand Kata VIP - Kata Beach. The receptionist offered us nice iced tea at arrival. Normal check-in time was 2 am but they prepared our room at 11 am itself as we came a bit early. We booked the pool suite and the room was very nice. The best part was, it was super-duper clean! Even the pool had no sign of dirt or mold. Room service was good. Breakfast didn't have too much variety but the staffs were amazing and were offering hot bacon and sausages along with freshly cooked eggs on demand. Everything about this Grand Kata VIP - Kata Beach was simply amazing. it was worth every penny! We were given iced tea again when we were departing which was again. Amazing!

Good location, near to the beach. Near from 7/11 stores and night market. The rooms were good, clean and spacious. The swimming pool is also good. They allowed us to keep our luggage and important documents in their safety vault without free of cost. The staff was good and humble. Thank you.
