Hotel was very close to the main attraction in Patong that is Bangla road (walking street) which is the biggest unique selling point however, on the other hand it is a problem for some people because you get a lot of noise in your rooms from Bangla Road. Otherwise property was nice and clean. Food was good slightly expensive but service was great. Had a great time there!

It's a wonderful property with probably the best location, it's right next to Bangla lane on patong Beach, so if you are a party animal like me this is the right place for you :)

It was an amazing experience. The place is serene and by sea shore, moreover, it offers great access to cafes and restaurants.

Excellent location just opposite to beach and next to bangala road. Rooms where neat but heavy music sound till 3am. Food was good.

It’s really a nice hotel. Looks like a resort in front of the beach and beside most happening bangla street. But the staff here are lil bit arrogant and partial to skin colours. They try to extract more money for the one booked through platforms like mm t without looking at the detailed information. Said b/f not included in the desk, but when we show the details they could accept. That charged extra for guest in the room even we have taken double delux room with single occupancy

Tropica Bunglow is really very good property with clean rooms and good buffet breakfast. Food was delicious.The location is accessible to patong beach which is right infront and also to the Bangla road.

The location was in the middle of everything which it make the hotel good. other than that nothing is good the breakfast is istaghfar allah so bad. the nosie at night start from 8 pm until 4 or 4:45 AM, nothing will hide the noise. you can stay for very short time max 2 nights. the room service is so poor.

It’s was a good location but the bed wasn’t comfortable. If u turn around it jumps. Noise wasn’t a problem for us as it was in the other side of the bangla road. Overall we enjoyed

Property is right in front of patong beach but you need to cross the road. Inside a very tropical environment as the name says. If you are looking for a quiet place this is not the one. Since it is attached to bangla street from 8pm to morning 5am loud music will be played. Staff is okay cooperative though the room was free they didn't allow to checkin till 2pm. Overall worth the money but consider the loud part because for us it was a trouble

It's a very good hotel right on beach near to walking street and all attractions. The service and room were super good and they even provided us earlier check-in without any issues.

Saw negative reviews about the property but still booked it because of its location but that was a mistake! for some personal reason, we couldn't travel on the booking dates and tried to postpone the stay by only 4 days, and their prices more than doubled! this is not a property where customer is the king. The property is the king and will punish its patrons for choosing it!

The property is awesome because of the location but has too many hidden charges regarding guest stay. Every local id they charge 500 bhats for even as low as 1 hour.
