location is very poor view from hotel is very poor and service quality is pathetic. hotel staff were very unprofessional and way to talking was very poor

No Indian/Vegetarian Food in Breakfast as mentioned in MMT app. Putting chicken in omelette without even checking.

The stay was very good and location is perfect, walking distance to aao nong beach.

The room was very clean... The first day I took pool access room and second day was jacuzzi... Both the rooms were super cool and clean... And the staffs were very polite and helpful

hotel excellent. breakfast and restaurant awesome . but something bad happened wid me ,lost money approx 40000 bhat. dnt know where I lost. still not contact wid hotel because m not confirmed that bad thing happened in hotel

Location is decent. Amenities are ok. The hotel culture is bad. They are very stingy. They do not even provide adequate quantity of of tea bags, creamer & sugar in the room. If you ask them for a few more they will tell you the additional charges for the same. The same is the case for additional water bottle. The water gets blocked in the shower & basin drains. Early morning on the last day of my stay, when i asked for an additional bottle of water the people at the reception told me that they don't provide any additional water on the day of checkout and they asked me to buy a bottle at the retail price. When you asked for an additional towel, they asked me to return the used towel & said that it will be provided only in exchange of the used towel.

Pros - helpful staff, jacuzzi cons - location, pool, food quality overall - we had booked a 2 night stay at apple a day resort and had opted for the jacuzzi rooms. It was an okayish stay

On check in, the hotel staff has asked to pay extra 978 baht for extra bed, they are saying we have paid for extra bed for one night, and not for the 2nd night, how is it possible? since i have clearly mentioned no. Of people and no. Of rooms were booked according to that, and full amount was paid well in advance, then y are they asking me to pay extra? i am highly disappointed!

Poor experience about the staffs of the hotel. Facilities in terms of food is not so good including

Check in was a bit late but when we entered the room, it made up for all the waiting we had to do. Food was good. Amenities are limited

The resort is good with many activities for the kids. Rooms are cosy and felt a little more space would be better. Jacuzzi is the highlight of the room. Wardrobe or a space for keeping the luggage and dresses are missing. They serve free snacks which includes variety of bakery and biscuit products. Pool is very clean and maintained well

Rooms are very small. Did not have many basic facilities like cupboard, mosquito sprays etc. Staffs are not always supportive and rude (specially biased if you are indian)

The room was not upto the mark for the amount paid. The rooms were too small and the service is also an average one

The location of the hotel was excellent and the room was spacious, but we faced quite a few problems. One of the receptionists was really rude, was confused about my booking and outright lied twice. The extra bed i was allotted was broken in the middle. Also, the room in the picture i saw while booking was different from the one i got. The rest of the staff were polite and got the bed replaced, so it was okay.

We were at the hotel for 2 days, it had good kids pool and play area to keep small kids engaged. It was real nice experience for us. Food is decent too, if you are from india you have lot of indian hotels at stones throw distance.

The stay was great. They have very helpful and cheerful staff. The rooms are comfortable and provide everything needed. Hospitality was something i admired!

Stay at apple a day was good, best thing they serve you with juice when you arrive at hotel, also they will give you biscuits and chips as complimentary every day, pool area was quiet amazing.

services are good 😙 and in the pool was are is awesome 👌 also like the cafeteria services. staff behavior also loving ❤️ 😍 they understand customer needs...... Thank you Apple 🍎 A day....
