The Beach Heights Resort

The hotel was very neat n clean value for money just one thing was not good .the drainage system .The water keeps clogging in the shower area. And room service didn't give a bottle of water at night even I was ready to pay. They agreed to send the water bottle but it didn't came and I had to go to 7/11 at 12:30 at night

I had an decent experience , room was big enough, bathroom was good. Room service was okay , had to repeatedly call sometimes for room cleaning though chances are they will come at their fix time.

Stayed here for 6 nights with my mother who has multiple leg injuries. We both thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel has good amenities such as two nice pools, gym, and breakfast facilities. Rooms were spacious, came with a balcony and a lovely view of the pool underneath. Staff were courteous and helpful. Hotel is situated at the end of a lovely street that has pretty much everything one needs. 7/11 is across the road, restaurant are on the same street, bus stops are nearby, Kata Night Market is on the next street, and finally the two beautiful beaches of Phuket, Kata and Karon, are accessible by walk as well. Only thing is that they took long to check us in, about 30mins beyond the check-in time. That wait was a pain considering it was hot outside. Nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It's a great place for a long and short term stay.

Rooms are average. Too much attitude in staff. Ok service. Good pool but ok rooms are small. Average

The property is really good located near Kata Beach. The staff was helpful and rooms were comfortable, spacious , and facilities were good. My 2 year old daughter had a good time gazing at the swimming pool. The beach was walkable - infact straight from the beach we came to resort for shower. The staff helped us in our further bookings.

All amenities are good, staff is very helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean except food. Food was pathetic and smelling badly.

Hotel good but no indian food for indian guests. Very disappointing. We travelled with a baby and it was very difficult to arrange indian food all The time. Hotel has to do something about it.
