Stay was good. Location is great. They also upgraded me to balcony room for free but because of electricity wires - didn’t use balcony. Shower was very good and has both hot and cold water. They don’t provide sleepers. Carry your own if you can’t use bathroom without it. Very nice and cordial staff. They guided nicely. Check in and check out experience was smooth.

Everything was good in the hotel from staff to room. Bathroom was also very clean but wifi was not working properly.

Very bad services, they don’t have any staff from 10pm till 7 am for any room service, house keeping or even for checkout. We were supposed to check out at 6:30am but they told no staff is available to give back our deposit so either we should go without our deposit or wait till 7am for staff to arrive.

Good location, convenient stay, clean rooms. Difficult to communicate with staff other than reception staff and restaurant staff, who could speak english.

I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Went there with my family and they gave us rooms on separate floors and the buffet was almost same everyday with low quality and uncooked bland food. The pool was not clean and had algae in it. Lockers were not functional. While checking out from hotel they started fighting with us for missing a couple of towels and shouted at us like we had committed some crime and asked for 1500 bhat more but we had a baby and didn’t wanted to make a scene so we let them have the 1000 bhat which we gave them when we checked in because they ask for more money to go to room. We asked them to check cameras but they refused and threat us with police. Terrible place to visit for a holiday.

Rooms not good. Breakfast not good. Not for indian travellers. Rooms dingy and dark with lack of amenities.

Hotel is situated at a walking distance from patong beach and bangla road, close to the hub but far enough to be peaceful. Rooftop infinity pool was amazing. Breakfast was good, plenty of options available. Staff were polite and courteous, they allowed an early check in without extra charge. Rooms were spacious, balcony had a view of the road ahead, linen and towels were changed daily.

The hotel is in a superb location near to patong beach . The staffs are friendly and supportive. The infinity pool in this hotel is amazing which is the main highlight. Loved this hotel😍

Not like 4star rated. Rooms are very old. Not pleasent very close rooms. But washrooms are neat and clean.

Check-in: they didn’t let us check-in early as we had reached 1. 5hrs before the mentioned check-in time and asked us to get back at 2pm(check-in formalities we’re done though. And they were super slow in the process. Then when we reached at 2pm, they made us wait another 15 mins to give a room. Also, this is the only hotel out of our 3 hotel bookings, which asked for a deposit amount at the time of check-in. Services: they were not helpful in explaining their own free shuttle service, advertised at the front desk. Check-out: although we were in a hurry to catch a morning flight, the staff were not cooperative to expedite the process. No one was available at the front desk when we reached. Then finally when a staff attended us, he called their housekeeping to ask them to check if the room was in order. Apparently he couldn’t get anyone to check the rooms and went himself(disappeared for 6-7 mins) to check the room. The entire check-out process took more than 15 mins even though we were the only ones checking-out/checking-in at that time. Overall the rooms were clean but compared to our other stays throughout our trip in thailand, m err jar r was the worst. Other stays in krabi and phi phi were excellent though.

Staff was unwelcoming and didn't have anybody to take our luggage to the rooms during check-in. Plus their policy of keeping money as security is beyond my understanding. They don't block card neither they take USD. I was ready to offer USD. Rooms are average. Cleanliness was okay.

The attitude of the staff excellent. The food good, the room cleanliness good, the location good.

Good location. Near to main hubs, Paying Beach and Bangla Road. 7 Eleven across the street. Staff very good and always smiling. Rooms a bit small but comfortable.
