ibis Styles Phuket City

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The food was really good — breakfast had a nice variety and everything tasted fresh. The location is excellent, close to the Old Town and easy to get around. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Location is ok, 15 mins walking to old phuket town.Breakfast is good.

Toilets have no lock and half glass doors which results in bad odour and sound from toilet inside the room, giving unhygienic feel. Basin also outside the toilet. Location is good, 15 min walk to night market. Service is good. Swimming pool shown is in nearby Novotel Phukeetra property not inside ibis. Buffet spread is also limited compared to other similar properties.

It was the best experience to be in the ibis hotel the service was amazing cleanliness was up to date housekeeping was amazing the staff was amazing and the food quality was superb altogether with water five star experience

Bad location, non supportive manager, small rooms & small beds. You can get better hotels at this price.

It was good stay. Rooms were a bit small. Vegetarian option was there in room menu. Close to all tourist sport

Not recommended for vegetarians. No restaurant inside. They order food for you from novotel. No travel desk to guide you.

Good hotel and staffs, 15 mins walk to ao nang beach. Very calm place and easy to access public transport

1. The toilet in the room had no direct exhaust and the toilet smell always entered the room directly making the stay extremely uncomfortable. 2. A door separated 2 rooms so privacy was a problem. When can i avail the discount

Excellent location but rooms are little small

Ibis styles phuket city comes with a comfy room for the price, room was smaller in size, but the drawback is the hotel infront of market and roads are blocked in morning

Location was a bit off. But overall was good. They should include more veg/ vegan options in breakfast.

Staff is very polite and helpful. They helped us to check in early. Room was clean. Suggestions: they should have curtains/bolt in the bathroom doors. Indian people are not comfortable with glass doors.

Location good. Nearby bus stop, bike rental and indian food restaurant. Old Phuket town is in walking distance. Sun-day market is just outside. Fruit shop in the main road is very cheap and value for money. Overall, 4 star hotel at economy rate
