Quality Beach Resorts and Spa Patong

not satisfied with a hotel staff… not good service… ultimately i’m not satisfied with the staff as well service…

Food was ok, on checkin day room given was below the category we booked, no compensation given, staff is rude.

It was a decent hotel very close to the beach

My stay here in quality beach was good but could’ve been better as the service wasn’t that helpful. They had a problem with our booking and made us wait at check in and asked us to check for ourselves as our booking didn’t reflect on their system even after me having paid for the whole booking. Food was fine

My suite room is located in wrong area. there is no pool view and room is ok ok not so good it look like oye rooms

We had a nice stay here however the property is not very spacious(don’t know why they named it as resort. Rooms are not designed well, like the tv is not center aligned with bed, ac is in the corner, dressing mirror in front of bed as well and there are big mirrors that faces the bed. Breakfast has very limited options. The staff was very courteous and the manager as well. Located at a very prime area of patong beach. Bangla road and market is just at walking distance.

Looks better in pictures than actually, very small swimming pool, bathrooms also very small, only advantage is it’s right on patong road just opp beach but not a very great thing, it’s not a resort just a small hotel, also stayed at patong resort which is 10 times more superior, not value for money

The property is right across patong beach and the ambience is very pleasant.

Bang on main road at patong beach.

International buffet includes veg & non veg both, but we didn't find a single dish of veg. Also the buffet have limited dishes. We requested to prepare atleast one veg dish for next day but it didn't happen. Hotel also provide 2 bottles of water per day for one room, doesn't matter how many people stay in the room, which didn't happen with our stay in other resorts. I paid much higher for the room which i supposed to allocate. I had pure paid advance booking for the pool access pool view room, but they allocate the room which has big wall in front of balcony and crate complete obstacle for view. Not happy at all. Waste of money.

The hotel is beautiful and very well located, right across the beach and along the market. Friendly staff and a well maintained swimming pool. The only downsides were the minimal breakfast spread, which was also usually cold, and a strange rotten egg smell emanating from the bathroom sometimes.
