Excellent room.nice to stay. Ambiance everything superb.but only one daily dental kit not provided. They are telling 5 days will provide only one dental kit like that.

If you just want to stay for a short period with low budget it’s good because they do not even provide services to your room, if you need a bottle of water you need to go to reception and get it

Indian food options were not available. The staff was not cooperative. The rooms had an old interior and the mattress was not comfortable. I am not happy with the stay. I paid for the indian breakfast but indian food options were not available so it was a total waste of money.

There were no food options in breakfast for indians and don't book a room including breakfast. Totally money wastes in the breakfast in the hotel. Rooms are having air conditioning issue and service was very poor in all matters. In my opinion please go for other options.

It was good stay rooms are clean staffs are polite. Hotel is located in a prime area near to patong beach

The rooms were clean, spacious & very close to otop. I'd like to stay there again. It had a washing machine, a sink in the room itself & a fridge full of beverages.

The stay was good but the breakfast options were not good, specially for indians. They should add some more options in breakfast buffet.

For basic amenities like sanitary bag, bathroom refilling toiletries are not been provided by hotel, called multiple times but no one revert, asked by hotel to take your luggage bag to 4th floor by your own, room service is pathetic. Reception staff didn’t understand english, room lights are not upto the mark. Only good thing is they book a cab for us, apart from that nothing worth it to stay there

Location is good walking distance to patong beach seven eleven also near bye local market and restaurants also near bye rooms are big and clean breakfast is also nice with indian options but room service is poor

We are not happy to stay at ashlee height, starting from the entry, no welcome drinks no luggage assistance to my room no smart tv no netflix/youtube/prime video/hotstar

No shuttle service provided as per amenities shown during booking. No washing machine, iron etc.

Hotel stay was good but makemytrip booking experience was really bad as i booked for 3 adults but at the hotel i was told that extra bed would be chargeable. When i contacted makemytrip customer care, they just kept on repeating hotel policy whereas my query was than what was the point of making booking for 3 adults. Really very poor experience with makemytrip as it was there's fault and not hotels fault.

It is a good place to stay for 2 - 3 days, good breakfast and good staff, its close to beach, justa 10 mins walk.
