Not allowing joiners in room. Even told that we will pay extra charges but hotel staff denied. Not cooperative

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was courteous and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Great location and peaceful environment. Would definitely recommend it to others and love to come back again.

1. It's not a 4 star hotel - Reception, Rooms area and Dining area looks dirty 2. Booking with breakfast is waste . 3. Some reception staffs are rude and they are adamant in their answers. 4. she didn't respect and response when I reached hotel .

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent experience. 1. Prior to arrival, we informed the hotel about our late check-in and received confirmation. 2. - We were forced to book two new rooms at double the cost, incurring an additional 6000+ THB. Expectations: 1. Reliable confirmation and partnership with hotels. 2. Seamless check-in process. 3. Trustworthy booking services. Request: In light of this experience, we request: 1. Full refund for the original booking. 2. Compensation for the extra amount paid (6000+ THB. 3. Acknowledgment of mental agony caused. We hope you will take immediate action to resolve this issue, provide a fair resolution, and prevent similar incidents in the future.

Rooms were clean with laundry. Everything was accessible and closeby. It's a decent stay for the price what you pay.

Rooms were not good as per price. Ac was not working

I liked the location of the Hotel. Everything was nearby. Rooms were big but air-conditioning was poor. Rest I liked it. Staff was good too.

Nice Hotel to stay very near to nightlife streets.

The hotel room was decent and clean however the housekeeping services were available only till 8 pm post which, you don't even get complimentary water bottle. The staff didn't care much about the needs of ours as customers. I would highly recommend other options in the nearby vicinity!

Gud Hotel at reasonable price. This is my second time visit to the Hotel.

Not good for Indians as only 2 premix coffee pouches available in room and hotel staff refuse to give more, and we Indians are used to have tea quite often so had to purchase tea bags sugar whitener from market. Room was given to us. Washroom stinky so requested to change the room which was changed but the room AC was not working properly so had a horrible night. Hotel gives food coupons for breakfast which is again weird. In room and at the reception desk rate list is there for room belongings as bed sheets towels rates are there if lost will have to pay.

It was very near to main localities. Quite nice place to stay in and clean one.
Nothing as such everything was quite fine.
