This is one of the awesome place to stay if you are in Karon. They have amazing pool facilities and water games for kids. They do have a child care facility where you can leave your kid while you enjoy a drink at the pool bar. The staffs are super friendly and the services are excellent. There are a couple of good restaurants within and around Novotel where you can eat out if not the in house dining. The Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Karon Beach, an IHG Hotel is just opposite to Karon Beach and hence at a perfect location. Loved the stay here and we will definitely visit again!

We stayed here due to nearness to the beach. The check in experience was not up to the mark. The room was not ready as we had reached before time. They could have made some other arrangements as a compensation. But leaving that all of it was great. Due to early morning check out, they packed breakfast boxes for us to carry. The pools are clean and maintained. The food at restaurants is priced above average, as in Phuket all things are expensive for no reason at all. Only thing is I found the parking space for 2 wheelers too small. But a good stay. Recommended.

There is so much to do and cover just in Phuket but the 1 day we kept just to relax in Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Karon Beach, an IHG Hotel made us realize that it's such a great Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Karon Beach, an IHG Hotel. From the cleanliness, staff to their pool on each floor And so many stops to click photographs everything was wonderful.

The resort is not over crowded and staffs are polite and helpful. Room service would have been little better, beach is just 5 mins walk a clean and beautiful beach. Indian restaurants are not nearby which is a drawback for us and no option of ordering online indian food as no app driver is accepting the order.
