"We've always had a wonderful experience with Novotel. The Novotel Phuket Phokeethra is exceptionally well-maintained and clean, making it a very comfortable place to stay. The staff is incredibly friendly and always eager to assist. The location is ideal, just 10 minutes away from Old Town Phuket, which made exploring the area very convenient. Our rooms and washrooms were spotless, which added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Phuket!"

The Novotel Phuket Phokeethra is in close proximity to old town phuket as well as the piers if you want to visit phi phi islands. The breakfast spread, the service and cleanliness were all good. No complaints. But if you want to visit beaches and enjoy phuket’s night life, i’ll suggest you book your stay elsewhere, probably close to patong.

The stay was really remarkable and people were helpful and kind. Good breakfast and nearby 7/11 and mcd as well. Its also greatly placed between Old Phuket Town, chillva market, rassada pier and Bus Terminal 2

The location is slightly far away from thalang but can be covered through walking easily. It is a 10 minute walk from the Novotel Phuket Phokeethra. Overall a very good location.
