Novotel Phuket City Phokeethra

Not received call from hotel. Wrong dates booked. Wanted to modify dates but got no communication at all and hence lost money. Expected call from either make my trip or from hotel as we have not reached the hotel

They stay was comfortable but the rooms very extremely ordinary. Seems like the hotel was built in late 90’s and hasn’t been renovated since. Disappointing to get such an experience

Very pleasant experience. Staff is very accommodating, food is amazing, overall a good experience.

Spacious family room. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the stay. Will visit again for sure. Food was good. Breakfast buffet had multiple options.

The stay was really remarkable and people were helpful and kind. Good breakfast and nearby 7/11 and mcd as well. Its also greatly placed between Old Phuket Town, chillva market, rassada pier and Bus Terminal 2

The hotels doesn’t even reply to the request or emails. Such a delay with a brand like Novotel, disappointed

Very good place to stay with family. The service staff are friendly. Indian food options are limited. Nice city view from the roof top.

Was promised a room with bath tub however upon check in at the hotel was told the information was incorrect and u can’t get a room with bath tub, asked to pay 3700 baht extra per night to upgrade to a room with bath tum. 4 days later post checkin i am still waiting for a resolution

The hotel is in close proximity to old town phuket as well as the piers if you want to visit phi phi islands. The breakfast spread, the service and cleanliness were all good. No complaints. But if you want to visit beaches and enjoy phuket’s night life, i’ll suggest you book your stay elsewhere, probably close to patong.

The hotel property was conveniently located in old town, had spacious room and an excellent restaurant with good guest service.

The location is slightly far away from thalang but can be covered through walking easily. It is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Overall a very good location.
